**What do you like best about Intelligrants IGX?**

IntelliGrants has been a flexible tool for creating efficiencies and timeliness in compliance processes. IGX has been a consistent, intelligent partner in exceeding a state client's expectations.

**What do you dislike about Intelligrants IGX?**

We have experienced no downsides. The application works well for us.

**What problems is Intelligrants IGX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work in with IGX to support state special education compliance. It is a complex mix of activities, including grant funding we need to support in IntelliGrants. We have created efficiencies and improved results through the use of this application and our partnership.

Getting away from paper, everything we do now is fully electronic

**What do you dislike about Intelligrants IGX?**

Lack of training, when we first upgraded to IGX

**What problems is Intelligrants IGX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Print documents was created on an old platform, so our PDF's look horrible.  Having to rebuild all grants.

**What do you like best about Intelligrants IGX?**

Working with Olivia.  She's always very responsive.  The raw data reports.

**What do you dislike about Intelligrants IGX?**

Not being able to move the notes on a report to another screen so that you can look at the report and create a note at the same time.

**What problems is Intelligrants IGX solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having most of our reports and the ability to keep grantee records in one place.
