It replaces the traditional multi-vendor, multi-week filing cycle with a self-service platform that handles document conversion, XBRL tagging, validation, and EDGAR submission. BluePrint further makes available to filers generation of bookmarked-PDF proofs of draft filings and Litera-grade redline comparisons between any two filing versions. Each draft can be directly edited on BluePrint. Full version control tracks every revision with complete audit history.
