I think the user interface is a little hard to figure out sometimes when it comes to downloading or printing assets. It could benefit from a more intuitive UI. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When the recieving end can view files it works great. Takes a few different links from sending partys to sometimes see content needed Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recievers can often run into privacy blocks or hidden content. Might be internal processes, but I have no view of that end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hello, thank you for your feedback. IntelligenceBank has a connector with office 365, so from within the DAM you can edit documents directly in office.

What do you like best about IntelligenceBank?

Love the layout of the DAM as the folder structure and item thumbnails are really clear. Easy to identify what you're looking at. Uploading assets and categorising them is simple. Best thing is sharing links though. So easy to share a link to other stakeholders quickly and effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The search functionallity can be a bit frustrating. Can regualrly miss files or folders. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
