Our instance does what we need, but general usability is a challenge **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Gambling & Casinos **Reviewed Date:** February 01, 2026 **What do you like best about IntelligenceBank?** It was built to do exactly what our organisation needs. so all of the functionality and data captured are for purpose and does the job across a lot of stakeholders, which is no easy feat. **What do you dislike about IntelligenceBank?** The nature of the form being stacked makes using intelligence bank clunky and a very long scroll. So when adding different sections of a job, it is a very padded out page so makes proofing tricky when you need to scroll so much up and down, And when scrolling, the page jumps around so you lose your position when scrolling up and down. Also the filing system and search phrases to find olf jobs is not great. It's not super easy to search for a recent job as tasks from a very long time ago always clog up search results and it takes a lot of loading time to refine or filter the search. **What problems is IntelligenceBank solving and how is that benefiting you?** they do take on issues and fixes. **Official Response from Marne Amoguis:** > Thanks for sharing your feedback. Folder structure is decent, but not great. **What do you dislike about IntelligenceBank?** The UI is not very intuitive. It seems old and dated with very limited features. There should be more options for downloading content. You should be able to filter more and exclude archive when searching. You should be able to share full folders of content and have options how it can be used for download. **What problems is IntelligenceBank solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is giving us a repository for public use. Have not been able to sort out Sitecore connector for months, hopefully we can progress it so we can use it for more use cases internally. Log in button on top right is confusing and reverts to a screen that fails to log in when clicked by accident by staff instead of using SSO. Duplicate detection does not work. We would like the calendar and search functions to be able to be saved shared across users to create fields/tabs to allow better streamlining of editorial tasks. **What problems is IntelligenceBank solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's helping with storage for images, but as it's not connecting to platforms properly, we are unable to use it seamlessly. We hope that as the plug ins work well, our use cases come to life. The reporting via the forms has been made easier. ### 6. Why? This isn't native and I have lost large uploads as a result, because I didn't click the button after dragging the files to the DMS window. It does the job, but room for improvement **Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Verified User in Transportation/Trucking/Railroad | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) **Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2021 **What do you like best about IntelligenceBank?** – It houses all our digital assets and is great for brand management - The interface is modern and clean – There are frequent updates/maintenance - Our account manager is quick to respond – It's easy to use for the most part so very little education was required for users when we launched **What do you dislike about IntelligenceBank?** – There's no alert when you upload a file that already exists with the same name, so you end up with duplicates. Not helpful when you're doing a bulk upload and need to do a search for every single file in advance to make sure it doesn't already exist. We need to supercede previous versions instead of having a mix of old and new, so for that reason it doesn't seem very intuitive when it comes to version control. – It's often slow to load asset thumbnails. We've tried everything our acount manager said to help things load more quickly but even just loading the preview thumbnails for a folder of assets can take minutes. – Reported a bug very early on (something that once worked but stopped working suddenly). There was technical support initially but they couldn't work it out so the helpdesk stopped contacting us with updates and the loop wasn't closed. Same thing when we wanted to establish a form and workflow – support waned and it was forgotten when we switched account managers. – The reporting and analytics are really very basic. I do wish we had more set up support initially because I think reporting and other features would be more robust if we'd done a better job at the set up stage. – There are a few other small quirks that I'm sure will be ironed out at some stage, like how you can't drag and drop when uploading a single asset, only for bulk uploads. That sort of thing can be annoying when you have a complex folder structure to navigate so drag and drop would be a lot easier. **What problems is IntelligenceBank solving and how is that benefiting you?** All digital assets in the one place and accessible to the whole company. Easy to search for assets with its advanced filtering and search capabilities. Previously we just had folders upon folders on a shared network so this is miles better. ### 12.
