We're about to begin implementing templates, and are eager to meet with our rep about his support in doing so. I still feel IB's support is one of it's biggest selling points. **What do you dislike about IntelligenceBank?** Presently, there are no real dislikes to mention that haven't been addressed or are in the process of getting there. **What problems is IntelligenceBank solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are definitely solving the issue of "where's that photo" and "does it have a release." Those are two that we've struggled with at my company, primarily because my own team members over the years haven't loaded things into our present system properly, tagged things or bothered to link photos with releases. Intelligence Bank is really helping us set a good pace for loading in our assets, giving us some best practices are for doing so and making sure we're working towards the end result. I think the best benefit has been our rep so far and the relationship we have with her in regards to setting goals and having questions/issues dealt with quickly. A user can easily search for any type of content to fit their current need and use it without fear of legal issues. The site offers multiple packages at different price points to satisfy businesses whether large or small. The monthly payment allows the user to frequently use the site as much as they need to. The uptime has been great as I've never had issues with the system being down. Customer service with our account rep has also been good. The product does what it says as advertised for keeping our assets straight. **What do you dislike about IntelligenceBank?** There are a few operational nuances and bugs that have come up with using the software. For example, the uploader can get randomly stuck and wipe out all of your progress, but this has become more stable over time. The approvals section for new assets could use massaging. One of the biggest issues is the view for Assets vs Folders. People have to switch between the two, and it gets confusing to end users when they're not paying attention. Lastly, I wish they did all-inclusive pricing with everyone receiving the same roles to upload with administrative responsibility going to a few select users. When you run a company with 7000+ people, it's hard to justify spending money for individual licenses. **What problems is IntelligenceBank solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a DAM for our company because the assets were beginning to be too much to hold on Google Drive. When you have 120+ locations, there needed to be a central location to get all of the data. ### 28. It will be a picture of a baseball field, and it will tag items that are not related to the baseball field. Even better to be able to meet in person. - Office 365 connections stand out compared to other DAMs. **What do you dislike about IntelligenceBank?** From the DAM perspecitve, Adobe Integration for creative workflows needs imporvement. **What problems is IntelligenceBank solving and how is that benefiting you?** Single source of truth of conent production. ### 37. Download and sharing options are really good too. Love the Collections option. The Bulk Uploading option is the one I use the most when uploading, it saves time when uploading photos from one particular photo shoot, and adding the keywords and filters as I go. Upgrades have been made for reviewing photos, and for bulk uploading and AI tagging your photos. **What do you dislike about IntelligenceBank?** Would still like to have a larger preview for the photos, but they have updated the preview so all information about the asset is visible when viewing. **Recommendations to others considering IntelligenceBank:** We chose IntelligenceBank because it did not have items that were not needed; it is straightforward. The initial set-up required some explaining as far as the structure, and a lot of work was required on our part to get it set up as far as the categories, and art for the folders and icons. We looked at other, much more expensive software, but they had options for tracking, job status and marketing requests, and more that we didn't need. The information I needed to see upfront when looking at pictures was the file name, file type, and size, which is shown at the bottom of each item. Other companies didn't show this, which ruled them out immediately. Sharing files and collections of items is easy with email links. It is also helpful to have the different user types for admin, publish, and preview. This lets you control how each group can access your library. **What problems is IntelligenceBank solving and how is that benefiting you?** I only use the Digital Image Library. It helps keep all our images, logos, and templates in one place for easy access and searching. It also helps with version control, approval of photos, and many download sizing options. We had multiple folders for each photo session, and it was difficult to search for the image needed without any keywords. Being able to share whole collections of photos with people within the company is very useful, as well as outside contacts. ### 38. Anytime I've needed help with the platform, they're customer support team is amazing at troubleshooting and fixing features. **What do you dislike about IntelligenceBank?** Moving/uploading files is clunky for 2023, with minimal drag-and-drop capabilities in the browser version (unsure about native desktop apps). **What problems is IntelligenceBank solving and how is that benefiting you?** IntelligenceBank Marketing Software allows everyone in the organization, spread across timezones and continents, to have access to the same files/assets. It was simply a ticket submission tool that gave all information for the project in one place and nothing more. I needed something that would help update and make action items to those projects and IB didn't have that. **What problems is IntelligenceBank solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a place to track project submissions and keep our marketing requests organized. It also allows us to tag images which help us get to a desired image faster without going through the whole gallery. **What do you dislike about IntelligenceBank?** One thing I wish can improve is the way we navigate through searching for a folder. Rather than having a slide bar, there should be an alphabet list where we can click on a letter to find the specific folder much quicker. **What problems is IntelligenceBank solving and how is that benefiting you?** IntelligenceBank allows us to organize our files and upload large amounts of media. We can also tailor each user's experience depending on what region or market they are in. **What do you dislike about IntelligenceBank?** I think a new desktop upload program would be extremely beneficial for users like myself, who are administrators of the plaform, but are not graphic designers who are used to uploading/sending/sharing larger and complex folders of creative assets. Having the desktop uploader allows for quicker asset uplaoding and fewer errors/oversights. **What problems is IntelligenceBank solving and how is that benefiting you?** IntelligenceBank has solved one of the most difficult problems we face - TIME! With the existence of our cloud-based asset library, we can avoid the constant emails from filed employees asking for assets/photography/templates/etc. We also avoid the 1-2 day turnaround time due to the many different time zones that we opporate in! ### 43. I also like being able to use different levels of access for our team members. I also like the new(ish) Markup feature and the ability to upload new versions within a markup task. **What do you dislike about IntelligenceBank?** I dislike the clunkiness look of it and slowness of it, but I suspect some of that is because of our humongous archives. I also have trouble with the amount of options on the dropdown menu for each asset, and find myself frustrated with navigating it. I also think some of the labels are confusing and don't make it easy to intuit what they're for. **Recommendations to others considering IntelligenceBank:** If you have a big group of people who need to use the software with varying levels of access, make sure to clarify those users and the type of access you want them to have and why. Work closely with your IB rep while you set up your system to make sure you're doing it correctly. There are some interdependencies for users, groups, and other features that you may not realize are there, and your IB rep can help you navigate that structure. **What problems is IntelligenceBank solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are solving the problem of having a source of truth for our documents, and also trying to create and maintain an easy review process for high numbers of reviewers in groups that frequently vary. We've benefitted from a much smoother review process and a more reliable (though still difficult) asset library. ### 48. A simple click of a box can solve a huge problem, or cause one. **Recommendations to others considering IntelligenceBank:** Make a plan for onboarding the software outside of your design team. Roll out in segments, not all at once. Spend dedicated time setting up your folder structure and meta data from the start. **What problems is IntelligenceBank solving and how is that benefiting you?** There is no question about what version is final and it has helped cut steps out of our marketing library posting process. We are really hoping to get all of our assets in one place with easy to navigate folders for everyone in the business to have access to.
