"A great application, one of the best I've used."

What do you like best?

This software allows me to quickly manage all the digital assets of the company, allowing online annotations and making approvals in a timely manner and being able to see the behavior of the clients in real time.

This software is excellent since it also allows me to have the capacity to develop the whole system, using in a simple way all its functionality for the commercial needs of my business. I can create the necessary number of folders to use, I can change the names of certain functions and move things so that the platform is configured according to my needs as a company.

I can say that this software has an interface that at Visual level looks perfect. Intelligence Bank allows us to customize the pages, in order to give our company a sense of belonging. It seems to me to be a very good and almost complete tool, guaranteeing an optimal performance in my business.

This platform is incredibly flexible. You can configure each module quickly and easily for the different departments, granting different permissions, access and folders for each of the employees, if necessary, you can make changes, always with the supervision of the technical support team.

What do you dislike?

There are certain small things that I do not like, for example from time to time there is a system error that does not allow us to solve, but once we get in touch with technical support, these are resolved, there are also things that need some research to discover them over time.

Otherwise, I have nothing to say about things that I do not like. Even so, I am very satisfied with this software and its customer service team.

If you still have doubts, I invite you to review each of the details that this software has and you will surely come up with the ideas of the needs and how you can deal with them with Intelligence Bank, this will undoubtedly be a very useful tool as it is for me and my company, being efficient with it and allowing us to reach the proposed goals.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This software has allowed me to optimize most of the processes, even IntelligenceBank allows me to know in real time from the comfort of my mobile to know what is in store, and look for it quickly in order to share the information by means of email with the Sales team in case the product has not been touched for sale.

To be able to use this system I can say with property that we have been able to save a lot of time and money simplifying many steps in the processes, we insist that you try Intelligence bank that surely you will not regret.

"More than just an asset library!"

What do you like best?

I like how easy it is to bulk upload assets to IntelligenceBank. Just drag and drop! Also the navigation of the site is super easy but modern. I Having a preview of the files live on the site is fantastic so you can see what you're downloading.

What do you dislike?

Only thing that I don't like is that subfolders are hard to find. It would be nice to see sub folders shown as folders alongside the other assets in the library.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Simple and easy to use. Clean and modern layout. Can be a basic asset management site or implement the print and template side for even more features.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Prior to IntelligenceBank we used Dropbox to share our assets. Now instead of responding to emails such as "do you have..." we can now direct our clients to our asset library and its self serve platform.

Our site can easily be updated and will always have the latest and most up-to-date information.

"An easy solution to manage our mountain of images"

What do you like best?

We chose Intelligence Bank over a bewildering selection of DAM providers worldwide. What we like is the platform's clean and simple interface, the ability to skin the site with our brand and the fact that it is supported in Australia. I've been delighted with the quick, helpful and responsive support from the IB team.

What do you dislike?

Cost is probably the only small downside for us. I would have liked to purchase all the modules, but we had to choose which ones we could immediately afford. It's great that the platform is scalable 'though - meaning we can add on modules as our budget allows.

Very easy to use and intuitive - great for non-technical people. Excellent local support.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our business deals with visual imagery constantly. It has been very frustrating trying to access images from our server, resizing them so they are fit for purpose and tracking their use. Intelligence Bank solves this issue for us as everything is automated. We love the search function and we love that we can integrate the database with Adobe CC.

" Nice Software tool for managing international distributors "

What do you like best?

Great software for accessing and sharing files we use everyday with international distributors. The approvals feature gives us great control over who has access to our assets and help maintain consistency of the brand across all distributors. The in-built print template editor makes adjusting pricing or copy for international markets a breeze.

What do you dislike?

Some limitations with the in-built print editor. That said, it’s made for text adjustments to price, terms and spelling, not complex changes that require industry standard software.

It’s a great platform for daily use, making it easy for international distributors to access and share marketing collateral. Easy to navigate and helps reduce the cost of the software needed for translating collateral.

It’s a great platform for daily use, making it easy for international distributors to access and share marketing collateral. Helpful for those who don't have access to professional software which is time saving for our company as we don't have to translate all the documents for our distributors. Also very useful for sharing sales collateral with our own sales team.

"IntelligenceBank Digital Asset Management Software integrates with our online marketing tools"

What do you like best?

The IntelligenceBank DAM platform integrates seamlessly with our online marketing tools including our Sitecore CMS and our 3rd party distribution tools.

The best part of using the IntelligenceBank DAM is that now we have one location where all of our 10,000+ employees, press, agencies and partners can go to find the thousands of images, logos and videos for our 80+ hotels and resorts.

Whenever we need a new integration, Digital Asset solution or just have a question on the DAM, the team always go the extra mile to ensure the platform integrates with our tools and our questions are answered. With previous integrations, the communication with our team and other software partners has been outstanding.

What do you dislike?

I can't think of anything. The team is always very helpful.

I would absolutely recommend the IntelligenceBank DAM! It is easy to use and the team is great to work with!

IntelligenceBank solves four major problems for Two Roads Hospitality.

The platform:

1. Provides a central hub to access, store and download all hotel assets (images, logos, etc.)

2. Allows access controls for specific users or groups in regards to file uploading and sharing

3. Enables self-registration for media outlets/agencies to download assets

4. Integrates with our marketing software, which includes a CMS and specialist hotel marketing software.

"IntelligenceBank Integrating With Our hospitality Website CMS"

What do you like best?

The seems integration we have created. IntelligenceBank continues to make sure their software integrates with our platforms & processes – this includes our website content management system (Sitecore) and hotel image distribution software.

What do you dislike?

Nothing at this point. The software does a great job at housing individual property assets and integrating with our marketing software. Their recent release is more user friendly and easier to navigate.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Try to choose a platform that is easy to customize and expand. Our company expanded rapidly nearly two years ago and having a platform like IntelligenceBank, easy to customize and capable of growing with us, was great.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Previously integration with our CMS and hotel image service was a significant problem. IntelligenceBank found a way to fix this while providing a solution that could elegantly house digital assets across multiple properties.

The software also works well as an “asset gatekeeper” making sure only users who have registered/with correct permissions can access, download or alter certain files and folders.

"Easy-to-Use, Mobile-Friendly, Great for Outside Sales Team"

What do you like best?

The DAM has finally given our team a single repository for all sales tools that they can easily access from their phones, tablets, or laptops, from the road or while visiting customers. Before the DAM, everything was emailed as attachments and it was left to the individual to save and store. This makes their lives easier.. everything in one place... which provides them more time - and easy-to-access resources - for making sales.

What do you dislike?

We had issues with site speed immediately upon launching to our team. This was disappointing, but the IntelligenceBank team was able to identify and resolve the issue in a timely manner. Otherwise, there have been no complaints.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Affordable - easy - great support.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Workflow between myself and my Marketing counterparts has become significantly more efficient. Now that we are all aware of this single repository, we communicate more effectively and our individual and coordinated efforts are much more streamlined.

"IntelligenceBank DAM – it helps us to speed up our requests"

What do you like best?

The speed at which we can give the sales team the exact file(s) they want. Using IntelligenceBank, we no longer need to rely on a shared server or email – saving us time in distributing assets. Their search and its filters make finding and distributing files a breeze!

What do you dislike?

Honestly there isn't anything I dislike about IntelligenceBank. They are constantly making changes and updates to improve their site and make it more user friendly. The customer service is excellent. Anytime I have had a question IntelligenceBank has always made a priority to help.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Refer to their online HelpDesk if you're having any issues. It's well organized and will allow you to troubleshoot issues quickly.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Always looking to streamline processes, IntelligenceBank 's practice of easily storing, quickly finding, then sharing an asset via email (in the one piece of software) intrigued us. After trialling the software, and finding out how their processes save us time, we insisted on using the software to distribute material to our sales team.

"Efficient and flexible"

What do you like best?

The flexibility of the platform. We had to set up different permissions, access and folder for different people and most of it could be done. Also, the platform is very intuitive and easy to use or modify in necessary.

What do you dislike?

There is nothing I dislike. Sometimes, some of the functionalities we require are not available or are being developed, but then in some cases, it's just a matter of time before can have the functions we need.

Review the product in detail, think about what your needs are and what you need it for. I think a complete brief helps the team to customize the product for your more efficiently.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We want to consolidate all our digital assets in one place and have them available to various stakeholders (internal and external). We also want to have a better classification and control of the assets we have and the platform will help us do that. A nice surprise is that it will also help us reduce some paperwork and connect other platforms to IB which facilitates social media and website administration.

"Sophisticated platform that allows us to manage brand content, guidelines, logos and assets"

What do you like best?

For us, it's fantastic having all things brand on the one platform and is accessible by 33,000+ employees (including Marketing), as well as multiple external agency partners. Features include:

- Brand Hub: where we house all of our guidelines, logos, assets, image library, etc

- Toolbox: where feature a knowledge base to answer those FAQs (and can measure CSAT), plus

- Ask the team: A complex form with conditional fields aimed at resolving requests with a single response which means that no longer use emails

The platform offers insightful reporting and data capability (including dashboards) that allows us to evolve and grow the platform, as we do.

What do you dislike?

Many of the features that we've implemented have been bespoke solutions. It would be great to leverage more learnings from other organisations, and see more out of the box solutions introduced that can be rolled out quickly.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

The Intelligence Bank platform provides a one-stop shop for all things Brand that can be accessed by internal employees and external parties. It lets us better manage our assets, and track usage/page visits/downloads, send alerts and keep people informed when changes occur. It also offers detailed reporting options that allow us to evolve and grow our content (and the platform itself).

"Perfect Solution for a Franchise Businesses with Multiple Locations"

What do you like best?

We love that we can offer a single, secure location for our franchisees to access the content they need when they need it. We can completely customize the welcome page navigation to highlight the most important content as well as share latest news and approve franchisee-created material.

What do you dislike?

There are a few small things that are less intuitive and needed research to figure out, but for the most part, we didn't even read the manual.

Recommendations to others considering the product

When you choose a platform, make sure it can grow with your needs, and it can mirror the way you work. That is, make sure the technology can map to your processes, not the other way around.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

With so many locations and franchisees spread around the world, it was almost impossible for us to provide them, in a timely manner, the content that they needed, especially when it came to video or large size imagery. We can now provide an easily accessible place for our franchisees to search for, download, share and preview video and images when they need it, instead of taking time away from multiple people in the organization and slowing down their process.

"A great product for internal and external users"

What do you like best?

I like that it's easy to use - very intuitive, its a true DAM without all of the expensive add ons that we wouldn't use and the local team helped make the process easy.

What do you dislike?

I have found setting up rules to give different groups the level of access they require to limited areas hard but I don't do it enough and haven't read the guides properly.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I've recommended it many times, and Agencies are surprised that IntelligenceBank is not better known. They all wish their other clients had it.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our drive that used to have all of our photos is gone - thank goodness. I no longer waste hours on DropBox, Yousendit etc. Our team and our external managers have seemless access to all of our digital assets and they can expiure images as required. We are increasingly using it in the creation of new collateral and should do more of this.

"IntelligenceBank DAM – a digital bridge that connects our restaurant marketing."

What do you like best?

It can allow us to quickly communicate marketing messages, and collateral updates to our restaurants. The search and filtering function of this DAM enables users across our restaurants to quickly access the latest menu promotional campaigns, including download options of files for print and digital distribution.

What do you dislike?

The hardest part of the DAM was figuring out how to organize the folders to make locating and sharing assets with other users as streamlined as possible. However, Intelligence Bank was extremely helpful in offering their suggestions and expertise to make the transition smooth and painless.

Recommendations to others considering the product

An easy way to quickly distribute and inform managers of new marketing material, while its intuitive, fast search capabilities, simplify life for restaurant managers.

"Extremely helpful and understanding of our business requirements "

What do you like best?

How the program is so adaptive to individual business requirements. It is the only product I have come across which combines DAM and project management suitable for the marketing needs within our business. Tessa and the team are also extremely open to looking at building extra functionality which makes the platform even more flexible.

What do you dislike?

This is unclear until we implement and roll it out across the business. Throughout the discovery phase on deciding if this was the correct product for our business Tessa and the team were always able to find solutions, or have a solution planned in the pipeline of development.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

This program will streamline our internal processes which is going to free up so much of the marketing, digital and creative studio. We will also have a central source for all our brand guidelines/assets which is going to be a big step forward for us.

"Still implementing but so far so good"

What do you like best?

While we are still in the implementation stage, we like that there will be one truth to our files and the ability to easily search through the thousands of files in one place.

What do you dislike?

It's too early to say as we are still in the early stages of implementation but from our trial, the cropping tool option is great, but the resize presets are not very intuitive, we can foresee a lot of frustrations within our company.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Prior to Intelligence Bank, we were using Google Drive to store and share our assets. This was problematic as we weren't able to auto tag our assets and had multiple versions of the same file depending on permission settings. This was very time consuming, and had a high risk that people were using the wrong file if a folder was not updated.

What do you like best?

The platform is super intuitive - it's great to have the ability to build out the functionality yourself so that the platform works for your business needs. You can create folders, move things around and re-name them so that the platform is set-up to how you need it.

Visually it looks great. It's great to see our brand come to life on the platform with the brand guideline custom pages. It's a great tool to launch our new brand architecture and provide all the rules around how to work with our brand to ensure consistency across our business.

What do you dislike?

There are sometimes limitations around what we've requested however IntelligenceBank will always take on board feedback and look to add these additional features on their road map.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Centralised system to save our brand guidelines and brand assets where our team can self service by downloading the logos, images, icons etc that they need. This has already saved the brand team and our in-house studio loads of time as we no longer need to email/attached assets to the team.

Manage our campaign briefing from start to finish including all our briefs are approved before we even start work. We then have a process for stakeholders to review/approve campaign creative assets before they are dispatched.

What do you like best?

Easily manage all digital assets with version control, online annotations and approvals. This starts from the beginning as clients can submit online creative briefs.

What do you dislike?

Nothing, the Platform suits our needs - Is easy to use and they are constantly updating new features.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As designers we use the platform to house every designed asset and file for individual clients, they have access to download these as they need so we aren't constantly responding to requests and don't have multiple Dropbox accounts and the ability to submit new creative briefs so that when work comes in we have the correct parameters every time.

"An all-round marketing process management solution "

What do you like best?

The way IntelligenceBank can be configured to meet any marketing needs. For us, it was bridging the gap between national and state marketing. I like the fact the DAM can house relevant imagery for each market, customised collateral and company logos.

What do you dislike?

Some of the permissions processes around workflows can be a little difficult to set up. That said, once they are in place, it runs quite smoothly.

Recommendations to others considering the product

You can set up permissions for your users and user groups based on what files and folders they need to access. This way, you can restrict content usage on specific files/folders to location-specific users. It's very helpful.

The software has allowed our head office to communicate updates on marketing templates and processes to our state branches and their teams.

"Brilliant for international brand management"

What do you like best?

The way we can set up divisions for our image and asset libraries. Being an international business, we have different messages for our different markets, so having a way to organise files by country, and control who has access to certain parts of the platform makes admin work easy. We also love the licensing management tool which allow us to keep track of license expiry & renewal dates for our imagery.

What do you dislike?

Not all types of files are displayed in preview mode. Most do, but some files do not.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

It has stopped the use of incorrect collateral across international markets. With the platform, we no longer have to worry that staff will repurpose market-specific adverts for other parts of the world.

"Great for storing assets"

What do you like best?

I like the look and ease of use of IntelligenceBank. We have our assets stored in main folders then subfolders. It helps keep things clean.

What do you dislike?

I will say I dislike having to move my assets from the main folder to the subfolders once we did our initial upload. This is really more of a first-world problem and not a huge deal, honestly.

Ask as many questions as you can think of! They're pretty helpful.

Our old asset management site was bought out and we needed a place to store our photos outside of our internal organization drive.

What do you like best?

IntelligenceBank is a highly customizable platform, and the customer service they provide is excellent. We use the platform to manage all of our digital files (images, videos, project files, brand assets, etc.) as well as for project management and proofing/review workflows.

What do you dislike?

Nothing to add here, we are highly satisfied with the platform.

"One tool for brand processes and collateral approvals "

What do you like best?

It’s made for brand management. The system educates stakeholders on brand/logo style and allows us to quickly brief and supply material to designers. The platform offers a quick snapshot of assets due to expire and pending approvals. We love the way we can link images to signed consent forms.

What do you dislike?

The initial set up of dashboards can be a bit complicated, but once you get your head around the processes, it works really well.

This product does it all. From digital asset management to workflows, approvals and even web to print. I also love that the platform is completely customisable.

The platform has provided a way to link assets with consent forms and insure only compliant/relevant images are used in campaigns. We can see what assets are due for review, campaigns that need updating and educate on brand in one complete platform.

"Amazing platform and great customer service"

What do you like best?

I love our Intelligence Bank, this is an amazing platform that we use on a daily basis to share resources and collateral with our international distributors. The most useful feature is the approval system which let you control who you want to release the assets to. The template editor is an amazing tool that our distributors from overseas use. It is great for those who do not have professional software to edit

What do you dislike?

Overall I am really satisfied however we have had some complaints from our countries using InDesign that the template editor does not give them as much freedom and is really basic.

Also it would be great to have in writing somewhere a warning that when we start editing a file using the template editor, you only have 7 days to finalise it otherwise it is deleted automatically.

I love our Intelligence Bank, this is an amazing platform that we use on a daily basis to share resources and collateral with our international distributors.

We use to have to distribute every assets and piece of collateral we created with each individual distributors, which would take time and use lots of human resources. The Intelligence Bank is a great solution to allow our international teams to access and download assets whenever they want to.

"A central hub for quickly finding documents and images "

What do you like best?

It is a real pleasure to work with the IntelligenceBank team! Their support is truly exceptional. The rollout of a digital asset management tool was significant for our business. We had several key priorities to address with implementation, and IntelligenceBank’s team listened to these needs: ensuring the solution could handle our priorities.

I appreciated the way they never pressured or rushed us during the rollout. At the same time, they were there to answer our random platform questions when required.

What do you dislike?

Honestly, there wasnt anything, at least so far, that i havent loved.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We needed an easy to use, central repository for all our files. Our staff were losing a lot of office hours searching for collateral to put into proposals. Often, if the team couldn’t find files, they would simply create a new resource, only to find what they needed later on. IntelligenceBank allows our team to quickly find content across documents (Word, PowerPoint & PDF) and images. Its improved the speed at which our team have put together proposals, leading to less duplicate content and ensured a quick place to find out business critical documents.

"Integrated DAM"

What do you like best?

I love the ease that IntelligenceBank DAM rolled out. It was so easy. The auto-tagging feature was a dream and IntelligenceBank DAM were very helpful when we needed to auto-tag 37,000+ photos. We like how with IntelligenceBank DAM we can expand storage as needed, share files with external users and of course easily scale up if/when we want to. We also really like the integration with Adobe Creative Cloud, which means we can access our DAM when we are creating files.

What do you dislike?

There's not much to dislike about this system. There are moments when I think "that could be a little easier to accomplish" but those instances are minimal to non-existent (mostly user interface). The funny thing is that, I find that the IntelligenceBank DAM team regularly seems to be thinking through their interface and addressing them. They seem to bring new solutions and fresh thinking to their platform every time I log on.

I highly recommend IntelligenceBank DAM. It has a number of great features that really allowed it to become a seamless part of the creative process within our communications team. I don't know how we got anything done without them.

We no longer have to manage our 37,000+ photos on our in house Windows based server. Moving to IntelligenceBank DAM was the best decision we ever made and at a price we can afford. I would highly recommend IntelligenceBank DAM as the solution for Digital Asset Management.

"A great platform for brand management "

What do you like best?

It supports effective brand management via a platform that allows easy storage and sharing of key assets, as well as additional functionality such as talent usage rights management, version control and workflow management. Having the brand guidelines online and interactive means we can easily update and communicate brand standards to internal and external stakeholders.

What do you dislike?

Greater customisation would be useful, however IntelligenceBank have been very proactive and supportive of finding solutions to ensure the platform works efficiently and effectively for our business.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are able to see in a snapshot what assets are due to expire and pending approvals so we can manage talent usage rights, as well as managing what assets are due for review, campaigns that need updating and educating on brand in one complete platform.

"Versatile DAM Platform with Great Functionality"

What do you like best?

I like the ease of use when configuring Groups and Permissions for a broad range of users. Both Internal and External to our Organization. I also like the flexibility this platform provides us with configuring our own Data Model that is specific to our Organizations assets.

What do you dislike?

I have not experienced any dislikes through our Organization's usage of this solution.

Our organization was able to solve our needs of a Centralized Asset Repository. One that was desperately needed, due to the various, scattered Asset repositories our Organization had. This approach greatly improved our users ability to focus on task assignments, rather than to spend additional time to search for assets.

" Really Flexible and Easy to Use "

What do you like best?

IntelligenceBank has a really intuitive interface and we like the flexibility to not only manage media files such as images and video, but also PDF, excel and word docs. The audit trail gives you a great level of visibility and you can see how and where files are being used. The last thing to mention is the support we get. The managers at IntelligenceBank are not only very responsive, they are always looking for ways to help us get the most out of the tool. It's not set and forget at all - they are always coming up with new ideas for us.

What do you dislike?

I'd like online editing for collaboration. An integration with office 365 would be more helpful to us but it's not a deal breaker.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

I've used IntelligenceBank in several roles and companies. IntelligenceBank not only helps us centralise content but more importantly, it provides a level of accountability and compliance around media and other files. Without a system in place, you are flying blind.

"Great tool to stay connected with our graphic industry members."

What do you like best?

The on-boarding process was easy and affordable and as our needs grow, the solution will grow with us. Their team was very responsive through the evaluation phase all the way through implementation and beyond. The ability to tag resources enables all staff members to find exactly what they are looking for.

What do you dislike?

The user interface has been updated recently. It's a little more difficult to follow the folder/subfolder hierarchy. I prefer the previous layout.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our marketing & graphics team was constantly being interrupted by requests for content, especially during tradeshows, which are already our busiest time. We now have more time to devote to managing the shows and programs throughout the year.

"Great Team To Work With"

What do you like best?

The team at InteligenceBank has been very accommodating to my small team having to navigate around some delays on our side, and we're excited to finally be moving forward.

What do you dislike?

I can't think of a single thing that I would change.

Building a central repository for all things creative will be extremely valuable to the company, and free up marketing's time previously spent sourcing and proving creative on a one-off basis. We're still building the DAM, but the potential benefits are exciting.

What do you like best?

How we now have one hub for our sales literature, images, logos and campaign material. It's easy for the sales team to access on the road when they are in front of customers.

What do you dislike?

There isn’t anything really. We have set the DAM up to suit our team’s needs, so cannot really dislike it.

IntelligenceBank DAM’s custom pages can quickly guide platform users to certain areas of the DAM. A great feature.

The DAM makes the latest logos, images and sales literature available to the whole team - including our vendors. Vendors have their own folders within the DAM, so we can easily distribute vendor-specific marketing material to them directly.

"Great solution that keeps evolving"

What do you like best?

I've been an IntelligenceBank user on and off for the past 7 years. The platform is great for managing creative as well as other marketing files. I especially like how you can use it as a client portal to engage with customers. It's flexible and over the past couple of years, it has come a long way. They really listen to customer feedback.

What do you dislike?

Nothing really. More integrations would be good though

I would highly urge folks to consider this solution. It is flexible and easy to use.

It takes services like Dropbox and Google drive tot he next level. It's configurable so you can use it to share creative and client reporting. At the end of the day - it also makes me more efficient as it keeps track of everything I need to share with customers. It also allows measurement of content usage.

"Single Location for Branding Control & Product Images"

What do you like best?

I like the fact that we can control our branding message and elements in one place. Our distributors have access to the latest approved branding elements and product shots, so we don't become the bottleneck when items are needed. We can also use their custom pages to serve as a way to help users navigate the system while showcasing our branding guidelines at the same time. These pages can also be updated as necessary.

What do you dislike?

New functionality is always been added to meet gaps in the product and the team listen to issues or requests we have.

If you have a need to control your brand content, ensure your content is being used correctly and showcase your assets, IntelligenceBank is a great solution to look into. They also have a lot of other capabilities that we are looking to grow within the future, such as dynamic templates and a marketing operations platform.

Before IntelligenceBank, we didn't have a way to ensure that the latest product images and brand guidelines were being followed. Now we know that the assets that are available to our distributors have been approved for use. It's also important to have an area where our distributors can access the approved brand guidelines so they remain compliant when using our content. Finally, they no longer have to wait for our team to provide them with the exact elements they need for their needs because they can just access the system any time they need.

"Great user experience and customer service"

What do you like best?

The customer service at IB is outstanding. The quick response and follow up to any and all issues is impressive and much appreciated by all on our team.

What do you dislike?

Some of the training we have received on new initiatives was not as thorough as I would have hoped.

We have solved a storage issue, an issue with our outside sales team having access to imagery/documents, and have implemented a lot of project management workflows to help categorize and create organization with projects.

"Intelligence Bank - our number one choice. "

What do you like best?

The customer service the company provides is five star, they are friendly, easy to understand and always get back to us as soon as they can. I love that they are based in Australia which means they are on the same time schedule as all our Australian based centres.

What do you dislike?

There are a few minor editing tools that our centres were used to having in our old bespoke system, but the positives well outweigh the need for these tools.

Just speak with their friendly team and they can easily talk you through their system and assist with a smooth transition into their systems!

We have an easy to use system, where each of our centres can customise and use their own folder systems to their liking. They can clean up and reorder as they like and can easily bulk upload using the cloud, which is extremely useful when adding a whole campaigns worth of imagery.

"Asset Management for the Masses"

What do you like best?

Very customizable user interface. Allows me to create any grouping and subgrouping of categories, or mix and match. I can have assets by clients, project or any other organization method and have several ways or arranging and reorganizing asset. It has aliasing abilities so that files that you would like to show up in several groups aren't requiring a duplication of assets just to maintain organization. I also like the ability to not only download the original "master" asset, but that you can download on-the-fly flattened reference visuals, ie, compressed, cropped, reduced in dimension jpgs, pngs etc...keeping me from having to save a myriad of variants in anticipation of potential needs.

What do you dislike?

It would be nice to be able to track outbound communications, notably, a log of elements and groups of elements I have sent, and to whom, and when. I believe I can see the downloading activity of any particular element, but not a way to confirm that I've actually created and sent a link to assets after that action is completed.

Recommendations to others considering the product

I recommend contacting the company as I did, to find a team receptive to ultra specific, and even out of the mainstream needs. In doing that I discovered a team heavily invested in making this a product for the masses - and could help you create the work flow and asset solution you could have only dreamed of just a couple of years ago.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

As a designer it allows me to track projects with multiple clients and projects easily. The ability to customize those arrangements makes it easier for me to distribute work product from anywhere - and works on my iPhone and iPad too - so no longer am I scrambling to get back to a computer when a sudden need for an asset arises. Plus the download speed of assets on the recipient side is among the best I've ever seen.

"IntelligenceBank – it gets the job done "

What do you like best?

The way the platform can allow users to quickly find, store and distribute assets to a variety of clients, plus its integration with other software, made it an essential tool for one of Trivantis’ online course building software solutions. It’s been great to partner with them for Trivantis Vaast.

What do you dislike?

There are no aspects of the platform that I dislike.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Ultimately, we were looking for ways to reduce a customer’s time to market by improving the speed and effectiveness of course development. With this in mind, one focus was providing a better way to store and find corporate assets such as logos and images for future use. The IntelligenceBank software platform allows us to do this. With Trivantis Vaast, course makers can now store, quickly find corporate assets and then add those assets to courses.

"For my organisation's needs, IntelligenceBank ticks all the boxes."

What do you like best?

IntelligenceBank has many positives, however my two favourite elements would have to be its quick speed and the ability to tag content so that it's easy to find.

What do you dislike?

Finding a negative with this system is actually quite difficult. For what my organisation uses the system for, it ticks all the boxes.

Essentially the marketing teams within my organisation uses the system to store marketing related images, system manuals, UGC, branding assets, etc. This frees up a lot of storage on our internal servers and acts a single source of marketing assets that can be accessed by all internal and external teams around the country.

"Great platform with ever evolving abilities"

What do you like best?

We like that there is always more ways in which we can benefit from the platform. Although not using it to its full potential it is a heavily relied on process. IntelligenceBank are always coming up with unique ways in which to make our lives easier to streamline processes.

What do you dislike?

From an admin point of view it can be quite difficult to set up required workflows/processes, therefore are heavily reliant on support.

Internal approvals , benefit of not having everything go via email. All approvals and notes in the same place which can be referred back to when required.

"The perfect tool for brand governance and streamlining marketing operations and processes"

What do you like best?

Implementing IntelligenceBank's DAM system within marketing and brand management teams streamlines so many different processes into one area, saving time for both internal and external teams. It has fixed some of our biggest pain points ('send me that jpg'/'who needs to approve this'..version control!) and made things so much easier to help in implementing and managing brand and marketing processes.

Nothing comes to mind. The team are so helpful at resolving any issues or queries quickly.

"Really easy to use"

What do you like best?

IntelligenceBank DAM really nails UX design and it's very easy to use. Our global team love the system, as do our customers and other stakeholders. I also like how you can start small and grow over time, which has been fantastic for us as a high growth venture.

What do you dislike?

We have a lot of data so it would be great if data costs were cheaper, but it's worth it because our files are backed up twice nightly.

Definitely try it as it has fantastic features that have really helped us (and we didn't have to search too far to find them).

Definitely do the live demo with one of their consultants. They have great tips and use cases that really add value when assessing different options.

"Outstanding product and customer support"

What do you like best?

The default installation of an IntelligenceBank system is very intuitive and provides an outstanding platform for a company to build from. This has allowed me to think of additional uses for the platform above and beyond what we originally signed up for.

What do you dislike?

It saddens me that it took me so long to discover IntelligenceBank. My only other non-positive—I refuse to call this a negative—is the current lack of a tag cloud style feature that would allow members to search more easily for existing tags before adding their own to any new image upload.

Absolutely try the demo of IntelligenceBank and do not be afraid to ask questions specific to your own companies needs.

We were suffering from a lack of data centralisation and were therefore dealing with multiple instances of the same files (many of which had been edited). Another linked issue was a lack of connection between images and consent forms. Through related documents in IntelligenceBank, this has been resolved.

" A great solution for sharing venue photos, wedding collateral and menu items "

What do you like best?

Like using the google chrome drag and drop connector. Being able to drag and drop venue images from IB into word files, our WordPress CMS and other business tools is great!

What do you dislike?

I think the software is good, do not have any issues with something that is flexible to be used to manage external and internal stakeholders.

The drag and drop tool is great! It saves so much time and allows us to get venue images into client presentations and proposals really quickly.

It hosts all of our events content (wedding, private and conferences), allows us to share food and beverage packages with external clients and works with our other software tools (through the chrome drag and drop connector). Its given the sales team a way to communicate key venue and function information with external clients.

What do you like best?

We love how easy to use and customizable the platform it and are excited to see how this streamlines our work! The Intelligence Bank team was helpful and attentive throughout the onboarding process.

What do you dislike?

Some of the initial tutorial calls were not as helpful as it would have been to just be able to get into the tool and start learning it hands-on.

"Excellent Value"

What do you like best?

I am an Adobe CC user and I really like the integration with Adobe Bridge. Being able to add meta data via Bridge is a huge help. Many of our files were previously tagged with information and not having to duplicate that information is huge.

What do you dislike?

I cant really find anything to dislike. I look forward to the many upgrades that are being worked on. I am in need of a rotation component to file mark-ups. I.B. help desk is now creating one. The help desk is very attentive.

I have created D.A.M systems and Intelligence Bank has been the easiest and most intuitive. The initial launch can seem intimidating, but once you go through the tutorials it all makes sense. Plus, the Customer service is awesome. I have always received a response with the hour and always helpful.The system works well for creatives who use Adobe CC.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Our biggest challenge is creating a single access point for all images that have been created for many years. Being able to create a single repository with existing and new meta data for searching is important. From a single access point we can now catalog over 15 years of images with global changes that dramatically reduce time and efforts. Our IB will also replace using Drop Box. We can now work more efficiently with image annotations as well as share files more efficiently

"Professional and quick to respond."

What do you like best?

Highly knowledgeable of their products and always friendly.

What do you dislike?

Would have liked to have some default templates to be able to use from the start.

What do you like best?

The IntelligenceBank software has really streamlined our review and approval processes. What used to involve numerous emails back and forth is now contained in one easy to search environment..

"Perfect Match"

What do you like best?

IntelligenceBank is SaaS, has well integrated workflow along with a solid asset management system. What really sets IB apart is their service. They work from the customer perspective, molding their product to fit the customer rather than steering the customer to adapt the the product.

What do you dislike?

Nothing to dislike. We're fairly early into the implementation, but IB has been there whenever we hit something we need help with.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Identifying and prioritizing your specific requirements, and your support/management needs and abilities is absolutely critical. Take your time. Don't move forward until you are sure you know what you need to make your implementation a success.

Get input from all key stakeholders and require proof (demos) from potential vendors before making a decision.

Implement in phases so you can refine before you expand your features and audiences.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Support creation, management and distribution of approved, consistent and measured content. Remove asset locating and distribution responsibility from Creative and Marketing teams. Benefits have yet to be realized as we continue to implement and refine. That said, it is already obvious that the impact will be positive and significant.

"IntelligenceBank DAM Helps Us Achieve Brand Consistency"

What do you like best?

NAB is a big organisation, with users around the country and Asia Pacific. IntelligenceBank helps us showcase our brand guidelines, makes it easy to download our brand assets and truly explain our brand to our internal stakeholders and external agency partners. The software is extremely customisable and I like how our "BrandHub" looks like our brand. The account management staff are very responsive - there is nothing that's too hard and they always come up with cost effective solutions to any custom requirements we may have.

What do you dislike?

There's nothing I don't like about it.

Before you implement a BrandHub, make sure you understand your audience, and know which types of content each segment both wants and needs to consume. That is - everyone needs something different, and your navigation structure needs to reflect this.
