Intelligence Cloud is school management software for tutoring centers, language schools, music schools and training centers. Class scheduling, attendance tracking, automatic student billing and teacher earnings use the same lesson records. The school's team can explain an invoice or check a teacher's total without rebuilding the calculation across separate spreadsheets. Student invoices are generated automatically from the published lesson schedule. Charges follow the school's billing rules when lessons change, so the amount billed reflects the decisions made for those lessons. Each student balance brings together lesson charges, discounts, payments already recorded and any amount carried forward. When a parent or student asks about an amount, the school can trace it back to the relevant lessons. The class scheduling software brings teachers, rooms, individual lessons and group classes into one schedule. Attendance records stay connected to those lessons, giving staff a shared view of what was planned and what took place. Changes remain connected to billing instead of becoming a separate list to reconcile at the end of the month. Teacher earnings are calculated from lessons and agreed rates. Statements show the records behind each total, helping the school review what each teacher has earned and why. Each student also has a personal portal for their own lessons and invoices. As tutoring management software, Intelligence Cloud supports centers that need lesson scheduling and student billing to work together. The same workflow supports individual tuition and group classes in music schools, language schools and other private education businesses.
