I appreciated that IntelliClick worked seamlessly with my current CRM system, GoldMine. It made possible the transfer of customers’ data and easier management of the campaigns. IntelliClick offered simple open rates and click-through rates, yet it was unable to segment its users or examine their actions in more detail. I felt that the available choices of pre-made email templates were not very modern and there were few variations to change it.The software was somewhat restricted in its capabilities compared to other present day marketing automation tools. What problems is IntelliClick solving and how is that benefiting you? According to our uses and experience, we can tell about the features of IntelliClick tool. We can easily connect with our website and track business leads directly from website pages. It tracks all web pages and forms and provides advanced info, how to manage our business campaign and increase business sales results. We used it for our marketing campaign and found it good for business lead generation and tracking user's data on the cloud. It comes with three different marketing plans and provides a yearly package to users. No need to upgrade the monthly account plans. We are happy with the features of IntelliClick tools. I can't speak for the specific parts of their system my client deals with (email marketing, CRM, etc..). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about IntelliClick? A client of ours is using ClickTrack/OpenTrack on their website to maintain details in GoldMine (CRM platform) so we have to use it despite there being far better alternatives. they're quick to blame third party tools for conflicts stopping their system working (even giants like Google that are common place on websites) - Even after being given examples of the bugs that seem to plague their system they haven't provided solution or advice on the cause of issues. they're quick to dismiss any level of support without a direct support contract, even if the question asked is answered with a quick yes/no - they'll respond with longer emails skirting around questions asked. They seem to be cagey regarding how their software works and/or don't seem to understand how it functions. Documentation is non-existent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is IntelliClick solving and how is that benefiting you? Website to CRM maintainance. personally none. Implementation of this system (which should literally just be drag/drop of components) has resulted in a detrimental impact on performance and SEO (which was a shock to me) page loads are duplicated due to a redirection that occurs on their system - I cannot get clarification from IntelliClick as to why this redirect is occuring, despite making suggestions that literally require a yes/no response from anyone that has the slightest idea about their system. The data and analytics you are able to capture with the Intelliclick tools is extremely powerful for a business.
