**What do you like best about Intellect?**

The software is very flexible and can be configured to meet your needs. With some basic training you can make some edits yourself and eventually create new apps. The customer service is also very friendly and quick to respond.

I love that Intellect is continuously optimizing their product and adding new features and apps.

**What do you dislike about Intellect?**

For my specific situation, the software is designed for a company much larger than we are. This caused  us to have to make changes to some of the workflows to suit our needs.

**What problems is Intellect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Intellect gives us a way to store many documents including test procedures, internal and external communications, customer feedback, etc. It also gives us an organized and methodical way to record risk assessments and nonconformances.

Our brand new QMS was already getting bogged down with disconnected processes scattered on Sharepoint. With Intellect, all of the core QMS functions are now connected in one platform, so users have a "one stop" source for all QMS activity. The robust workflows ensure efficient execution with high visibility.

The team at Intellect always go above and beyond for their clients.  The custom tools they created for us have changed the way our team does business. Intellect has taught our team members how to customize these tools ourselves and take ownership.

There are some features that are unable to be customized to our unique situations, but they are very few and do not affect our day-to-day work.

After implementing and using six different EQMS systems, I have enjoyed use of Intellect the most. It is incredibly customizable, reasonable for any size company, scaleable, and very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Intellect?**

I haven't found anything that I havent liked about Intellect. They have a great training program, so I feel as though they lead all customers to success easily.

**What problems is Intellect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Electronic batch records is the primary issue that Intellect is resolving, but we are able to add everything we do into one EQMS system. This actually turns into a cost savings to use one system as opposed to several smaller systems. This also helps with training.

**What do you like best about Intellect?**

I personally use this product at my work been quite useful,easg to use in many operational tasks like financial activities and MIS integrated with in house tools for reports generation.
And many more things which makes it a very useful tool and a software.

Should make it more user friendly and a little bit responsive because of so much encryption it is slightly slow.
Customer support may be improved more as it is a complex tool for backend operations.

It is allowing me and other backend teams help make things go smoothly and faster for front end users and clientel operations.

**What do you like best about Intellect?**

Platform can be completely customized as a user needs. Can build tempaltes, workflows, tables, apps, etc. Work well as a cloud app as to not be affected by company firewalls/servers. Most of the design practices make sense across the apps. Ability to add mass amounts of data works well. Admin panel & audit features are a great plus. Great error/troubleshooting logs.

**What do you dislike about Intellect?**

Depending on your company needs, some apps require much more customization than others. Design speeds depend drastically on which version a user is on. Some on screen errors don't allow for much interpretation or troubleshooting. Site can sporatically log users out.

**What problems is Intellect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Increasing speeds for designs. Implementing new app features that will save us time. Improving upon a good amount of user experience issues that we've seen.

**What do you like best about Intellect?**

It has helped us remain organized and able to access files easier with the document control tabs. I love that it shows the metrics and that we don't necessarily have to export the information to excel to create pie and bar graphs. For example, we have a Released Documents per Department, Released Document by Year and Location. Its also very user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Intellect?**

There are occasions were the site would boot me off and I'd have to log back in. However since the updates I have not had it boot me off once. Also, when you hit the back button on the Intellect site it will get rid of the way i have it sorted. Example, I might have the location column show one location first and then another.

**What problems is Intellect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have some difficulty with being able to quickly access files. While using intellect, we are able to help store files and access them quicker. Also, if we need to provide the metrics they are there and easily accessible.

The site is robust and highly customizable.
A well-structured work team. Good customer service from instructors and programmers
An training material is included with our site, and also they have a support platform.

**What do you dislike about Intellect?**

A single customization could require multiple alterations across various tables and processes, which increases the the possibility of errors. 
The OOTB package is not clear. It is important to define if Intellect will help us to configure and see if it is possible the configurations that we request, since at the moment of the sale everything is "YES", however, it is important to define it beforehand to avoid surprises.

**What problems is Intellect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There was no established QMS or process repository. Documents were not standardized. If a user left, the documents were lost. There was no process for approving and reviewing documents. Each department had its own document management. Complaint management, CAPA management had no follow up.
There were no well documented audit plans with good follow up.

**What do you like best about Intellect?**

The best feature that Intellect offers is the ability to configure its software to your process. Most other software offerings force the business to conform to their software. We were looking for something that was easy to configure and did not need us to change our system that was in place and working well, although paper-driven.

**What do you dislike about Intellect?**

The biggest obstacle we have encountered is trying to "dumb down" the software to not complete certain aspects that are not currently necessary for our process. Email notifications are extremely helpful; however, we are a fairly small quality group that did not need to send out mass emails for each nonconformance or CAPA.

**What problems is Intellect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our business was paper-driven and in need of electronic document control, especially with mergers and acquisitions.  Intellect has allowed us to easily seamlessly incorporate new acquisitions into our process.

**What do you like best about Intellect?**

I like that we are able to create apps based on our own needs. It is perfect for smaller businesses that are not necessarliy able to purchase bigger systems. Intellect also is extremely user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Intellect?**

There is nothing that I actually dislike abut intellect. The only thing that I can come up with is that some days it freezes up and kicks me out of the system or it takes a while to load.

**What problems is Intellect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to store all our procedures (SOP's), environmental controls reporting, as well as licensing that we are required to store and maintain. The only thing that I am trying to figure out now is how to set it so that i can receive some sort of a reminder that a license will expire soon.

I like the no code modification we can use to change application to fit our exsisting processes instead of fitting the processes to fit the software.

Not all the application have structured training class you can take.

It reduces our paper use and speeds up approvals by allowing for everyone to sign at once instead of going person to person for signed approvals.

Intellect has helped our quality department (and those interacting with them) to be more organized. The platform is incredibly customizeable and allows us to make modifications catered to our specific business needs without needing long development cycles.

**What do you dislike about Intellect?**

The customizability is a strength and weakness at times. There are several out-of-the-box apps Intellect provides, but often we run into problems when major customizations need to be made. Without a clear path on how this particular solution handles a specific problem, it can get confusing how to solve it.

**What problems is Intellect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Most of our quality functions were completed  using paper forms, emails, word of mouth, etc. It was difficult to track down a specific document and they were often lost. Intellect is a single source for all things quality including complaints, deviations, change requests, and more. It also allowed us to integrate them together (i.e. a nonconformance can initiate a chnage request and link the two together).

Intellect allows you to automate all of your quality systems. It is helpful for not only trending, but document control as well.  The training associated with Intellect and the support you receive after is great.

**What do you dislike about Intellect?**

The design training would be very difficult if you have never used or designed a QMS system.  It is advanced in a way that if you aren't great with technology, you may struggle picking it up.

**What problems is Intellect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is a huge time saver.  All of our systems were kept in spreadsheets.  Although this is effective, it is not nearly as automated and time efficient as using Intellect for QMS.

Intellect is capable of offering all the functionalities of larger known names (i.e. Veeva, Trackwise, MasterControl) without the price tag.

**What do you dislike about Intellect?**

I have not figured out the capabilities of the reporting features, so not as intuitive out of the box as Veeva or Master Control. But capabilitites are still there with the leg work.

**What problems is Intellect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Moving from a paper-based process into an electronic one always has major benefits, however, what I enjoy the most is the Intellect team configuring workflows to match my current processes, instead of us having to adjust our process to an OOTB configuration.

The ability to modify existing Apps and create new Apps.  I have created 20 apps for a "one stop shopping" experience for the users.

Probably more changes to the Out of the box solutions than I thought I would have to make

It is a single place for all QMS.  We can integrate the different Apps so that the data is easily retrievable.  Improved Communication witthin the multi-site company and alos with our third party partners.  Documented completion of activities is valuable with the time stamps.

**What do you like best about Intellect?**

Intellect is a fully customizable, no-code eQMS system with all the applications you would expect, including Document Control, Employee Training, CAPA, Audits, Risk Management, Vendor Management, etc. The introductory package comes with multiple applications; the client can choose which ones to start with. After implementation, the client can create applications or purchase additional ones configured by Intellect's first-class team. Best of all, the system can be managed internally by a designated Administrator with or without IT involvement. It is highly scalable, and the options for using and expanding the system (even outside of QA) are endless. The start-up and implementation pricing is highly competitive, and training is included for the applications chosen and the design functions.

**What do you dislike about Intellect?**

Although the system's initial cost is much lower than most, the user licensing and support fees can quickly increase, especially for smaller organizations and if you need to open the system to all employees (for training and access to SOPs, etc).  I would have liked to have had in-depth System Administrator training. What impresses me the most about Intellect's QMS software is:

1) Its configurability.  As a customer that has been provided training by Intellect I can fully configure the software to meet my needs; there is no customization required.

2)  The technical support I receive from Intellect.  Two things stand out in my mind as big wins for Intellect:  a) technical issue ticket support and 2) the weekly configuration support calls that Intellect hosts.

**What do you dislike about Intellect?**

Although I have received configuration training from Intellect I find it is somewhat inadequate.  The software is complicated and unfortunately there isn't a training guide that explains every single field and how those fields are used.

Additionally, the way some components of the out of the box software have been configured are cumbersome or don't make a lot of sense (even some of the Intellect configuration experts have admitted to it).

Finally, configuration can be frustrating.  Just when I think I have successfully made a configuration change (as per my training and the Intellect supplied user guides) the system does something completely unexpected.  It requires detailed knowledge of the software and significant digging around to discover the root cause.

The intellect software has allowed us to automate our QMS.  This has resulted in significant time savings and efficiencies.  Once fully configured the software will also allow us to create real time metrics.

I am still glad we selected the Intellect software, and the support team responds promptly to my requests. Rose Mary primarily works on my tickets and is always happy and willing to help me! I have learned  nore about the software since I have worked with her.  Hamza also helps me and gives me tips to avoid future issues.

You don't have to be a developer to customize the software. Three sites (design, test, live) are included, and each site has an administrative site to control the administrative activities without technical assistance. The training for the out-of-the-box apps and to design apps was excellent. The trainers knew the software, and they were very patient with us. The implementation process was the best I have experienced. The first app we configured was Document Control. Melissa Hatinger was our analyst, and she knows the software and the best approach to customize the software to match our process. Melissa was very patient with us, and she held our hands until our live site was ready to use.  Melissa is an excellent trainer, and she was available to us when we needed assistance. Last but not least, we can design additional apps our company needs.

**What do you dislike about Intellect?**

I don't have any dislikes. The software meets are needs and gives us room to grow. Rose Mary is the support team member who set up our system. Rose Mary is very patient, and she knows how the system works and consistently resolves issues quickly!!!

**Recommendations to others considering Intellect:**

I highly recommend purchasing the Intellect software. I have managed quality systems for 16 years and used two other QMS software. This one is the best!

Quality System Process Improvement and Efficiency. We are transitioning from a manual system to an automated system. The automation reduces the time spent updating spreadsheets, saving files on a server,  sending emails to complete the process, and creating charts/graphs for reporting. The automation also helps reduce the mistakes made by re-typing and copying/pasting information. We can easily see the status of each activity.

This is a hard one, as there is very little not to like.  I would say there are two very small things.  One being that since you are accessing the database, there's no way to hardcode a link to a specific page on your Intellect site from another application.  Second, it could look a little more "modern", however I think they've addressed this in the newest version of Intellect coming out.

**What do you like best about Intellect?**

The technical expert they assigned to us to train and help with implementation was absolutely the best; my entire team loved working with her.
We demo'd 8 different solutions and chose Intellect because I could configure their good out-of-the-box applications to suit our specific needs and having the ability to create our own applications.

**What do you dislike about Intellect?**

Where it was not any major issue, we wound up having to change our document numbering scheme (to start at 1) but had an easy workaround to look up existing doc numbers.

**Recommendations to others considering Intellect:**

I recommend the Intellect QMS to any company that has unique processes, not looking for something out-of-the box that ticks some boxes but not all, and that has a dedicated admins/superuser to configure the exact way they want the programs to be.

**What problems is Intellect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've improved our processes through the implementation of Intellect, as it forces us to analyze our "as is" process to find gaps in our desired process utilizing improved tools.
In addition, we're 100% paperless in our Doc Control and Training programs.  We've gained efficiencies in our processes with notifications and improved real-time collaboration.

I highly recommend ensuring that you have meetings with the Intellect team during your trial phase. Their team is highly motivated and very knowledgeable. There were things that I didn't realize I needed to ask for or needed to be shown and through conversation they understood what we were trying to do and showed us how each part of the system works out of the box and how we could change it to be more useful for our company. Absolutely wonderful people all around.

**What problems is Intellect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Intellect will allow us to streamline the implementation, review, and revision of our standard operating procedures. It will also help with making the process shorter and digitalizing everything instead of working on hard copies. This also will allow us to have all our training files in one place and digitalized for easier searching, no chance of losing paperwork, and help to ensure training is up to date for all employees.

**What do you like best about Intellect?**

The customizability of the software.  Being able to modify the system work for our company instead of having our company modify our processes to match the software is extremely helpful and made transitioning to using Intellect a pleasant experience.  Having document control and employee training applications have also assisted during audits.  These two applications allowed for quick retrieval of controlled documents and employee training records when requested by our auditors.

**What do you dislike about Intellect?**

Onboarding takes some time due to adding customizations.  Onboarding would have been quicker if we used the out-of-box features, but the extra setup time was worth the benefit of having a fully customized system in the end.  Customization of the software does take training and some knowledge of basic programing.  The training course provided by Intellect was a great help and walked us thought the process of customizations and setup.

**Recommendations to others considering Intellect:**

I would highly recommend customizing the software so it can work for you instead of you changing your processes to work with the software.  The training course offered by Intellect is a must to get the most out of your software.  The intellect university is a great resource and allows you to connect with other users from different companies and share ideas and techniques to get the most out of your software.

**What problems is Intellect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Using the document control and training applications has reduced the time needed from our quality team to manage our documents and training.  These two applications have replaced a full-time employee with managing our document control and training records. The Part 11 compliance also assisted with audits and ensured that documents are not modified by accident.  The document control application has assisted with document accessibility for all employees in the company.  Employees can now request changes to documents through Intellect instead of having to request changes from quality personnel.  The ability to use many different document types is also a benefit.  We are able to upload powerpoints and videos which can assist with employee training.  The employee training application has helped reduce our number of paper training records.  It also allows for quick reporting to check on training status for the company as a whole or individual employees.

**What do you like best about Intellect?**

I was able to implement 10 quality applications within our company during the first year by myself and one Intellect Implementation Lead (we purchased a contract for dedicated suport from a senior level specialist).  Some of these apps used out of the box functionality provided by Intellect, some with some small/medium amounts of customization, and even one application was built from entirely scratch.

**What do you dislike about Intellect?**

Once you build a piece of functionality, you cannot copy it to be able to use in another app or location, you have to build it again.  Not terrible since you can refer back to the original location, but would certainly be quicker if the bare bones could be copied.

**What problems is Intellect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Document mgmt, Change mgmt., and many other quality applications all in one software tool.  Easy to use search tools.  The software is very intuitive for the general user so little to no training is required for them to navigate and complete assigned tasks.

The best part of the eQMS offered by Intellect is the ability to configure your database in anyway imaginable.

A personal dislike of the eQMS system is when publishing from the design sight  to production it is sometimes difficult to track down the exact location of items wanting to publish. However this is most likely a user error issue, and Intellect's customer service is quick to answer any questions you may have.

**What problems is Intellect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A problem prior to adopting Intellect' eQMS was that our QMS was very manual. Individual quality representavives were requiered to complete individual forms and keep track of each stage of the workflow by memeory. The eQMS that Intellect offers gave us the ability to track issues with ease, and have all data in one central location.

There are a lot of color themes used on the different pages, which can be disorienting until you get used to it (at which point it's a nice visual reminder).

Documenting employee training used to be so painful for everyone involved, but has greatly improved in Intellect! We also have a much better experience when redlining controlled documents. We're looking forward to implementing future apps related to vendor approvals and documentation to keep the paperless trend moving.

We are only limited by our resources in the current environment.  Intellect can address so many business operations processes from large, complex integrated applications to day-to-day, routine, small but necessary automations.   It's wonderful to be able to tell a department, "We can create an app for that!"

**What do you dislike about Intellect?**

Initial training should be separated into an Overview/End User training for key stakeholders and then training for Designers and Administrators.  Since this is geared to non-programmers (in our case), the importance of process design and planning, documentation, system administration, etc., should also be included with the actual creating applications training.

**What problems is Intellect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have created HSE applications to manage our incident and observation capture and reporting processes.   We are also investigating the out-of-box QMS applications for rollout next year.

There are several things to like:
- Relatively easy to customize the product to either static or changing business needs
- No code/user-friendly platform (logic and macro based) that is drag and drop
- An intuitive UI
- Simple (yet powerful) workflow engine
- Ability to integrate with Excel, Word, SharePoint and Azure
- Ability to pay for new features & updates to existing features that are built to your specifications
- Continued roll-out of features and updates
- A helpful and friendly staff

**What do you dislike about Intellect?**

Some areas of improvement include:
- Increased documentation and published trainings on how to configure
- Better out-of-the-box reporting capabilities
- Enhanced UI when building (i.e. snap-to-grid, resizing fields & group boxes, elimination of "blank space")

Using the Intellect platform, we have moved several of our Excel-based reports/trackers/templates/forms and our manual processes into a system-based environment. It has allowed for more efficient operations, automated processes, better audits and tracking, quicker analysis and reporting, and enhanced organization. By incorporating system-maintained workflows, we have better transparency into a process from start to finish. The system has allowed many of our users to be more empowered than previously possible.

Intellect 4.0 is easy, intuitive does not require an IT specialist to translate, very customisable and the Implementation officer challenges me to learn what I need to know to be independent which I appreciate.

**What do you dislike about Intellect?**

Some configuring outside of oob will be needed so my organisation gets value. It will also take a culture change to use the software for an organisation that does not have a QMS or now implementing. If you do not know how a QMS works this will be a challenge.

Configuring to get value, bringing the apps to use I have realised intellect brings a lot with it so I have less to do.
Right now working on customising some of the apps and work flows.

The ease for the user to learn the software and upload information/ data. You have someone to work one on one with for the first six weeks to customize apps and learn system.

**What do you dislike about Intellect?**

The time it took to set-up the software, the customization required and the time it takes for an employee to learn and update the system. Took much longer to go live with the software than original told during the initial pitch from the sales team. It takes about half the time and work of a full-time employee for upkeep and full attention and time to create software and new custimzation of apps.

**What problems is Intellect solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is easy for anyone to use if they have the time and dedication to put into the system. A lot more work on the customer's end than anticipated. Able to implement system in different aspects of the business.

It will speed up the process significantly if someone with a computer science background on board.
