**What do you like best about IntelePeer?**

IntelePeer shines when it comes to automating communications with AI. Their "Smart" tools, like SmartAgent and SmartFlows, use conversational AI to take the heavy lifting off your agents, leading to shorter hold times, less busywork, and real savings for contact centers.
I use it frequently in days.

Plus, getting set up is a breeze. IntelePeer plays nicely with your existing CRM and business systems, so integration is smooth. And if you're not a coding wizard, no worries! Their low-code/no-code environment, especially with SmartFlows, lets you build automated workflows fast, getting you up and running quickly.

**What do you dislike about IntelePeer?**

While IntelePeer's technical support generally gets good marks, some customers have voiced concerns about inconsistent customer service and account management, with issues occasionally popping up around billing and general communication. You might also find their sales approach a bit too pushy when it comes to adding on extra features. And a point of frustration for some has been that basic analytics data can sometimes be locked behind additional purchases, which feels like an unnecessary extra step to get the full picture of your communication performance.

IntelePeer tackles the headache of high call volumes and repetitive questions. Think of it this way: instead of me getting swamped with basic "what's my balance?" or "where's my order?" questions, IntelePeer's AI tools like SmartAgent step in. This frees me up to handle the trickier, more nuanced issues that actually need my advanced capabilities. It means I can focus on solving complex problems, not just reciting FAQs.

They also fix the problem of disconnected customer experiences across different channels. If a customer starts a chat and then decides to call, IntelePeer ensures all that history is right there. No more asking customers to repeat themselves, which is a huge win for both efficiency and customer satisfaction. It helps me give truly personalized and consistent support, no matter how a customer reaches out.

**What do you like best about IntelePeer?**

I appreciate IntelePeer's strong and reliable core functionality. The call quality is consistently excellent, and the platform is very stable, which is crucial for our daily operations. The ease of implementation and integration was a significant plus for us; we were able to get our team up and running with our existing systems with minimal friction. The intuitive interface made the learning curve very short for our employees.

**What do you dislike about IntelePeer?**

While the core features are great, there are a few areas that could be improved. The customer support response time can sometimes be slow, especially when we've had a pressing issue that required immediate attention. Additionally, the reporting and analytics features, while useful, feel a bit basic. I would love to see more advanced customization options and the ability to build specific reports that are more tailored to our unique business metrics.

IntelePeer is solving the problem of providing a reliable and streamlined communication platform for our IT operations. The primary benefit is that it ensures excellent call quality and stability, which is essential for our IT support team's daily interactions. By using AI IT Agents, we have been able to automate some of our routine IT support tasks, which has improved our team's efficiency and freed them up to focus on more complex issues. The seamless integration with our other business tools has also been a huge benefit, simplifying our workflows and making our support processes more effective.

The SmartFlows builder is a game-changer. Low-code, intuitive, and allows creating complex workflows without heavy coding. Compared to platforms such as Replicant or Chatfuel, IntelePeer excels in automation depth. The SmartAnalytics dashboard provides real-time ROI insights.The customer support also stand out

**What do you dislike about IntelePeer?**

Learning path bigger for non-technical teams and Pricing may be issue otherwise IntelePeer is good to go .If a Team values technical autonomy, fast time-to-value, and smart ROI, this platform stands out

Before IntelePeer, we were juggling multiple tools for voice, SMS, and chat. That meant inconsistent customer experiences and wasted time switching between platforms. IntelePeer’s capabilities let us manage everything in one place, ensuring consistent messaging and faster response times.

**What do you like best about IntelePeer?**

The service seems to work well. That is the only thing that works at Intelepeer.

**What do you dislike about IntelePeer?**

We were quoted $250 for a specified number of users, billed $250 for the first month, then we started getting charged $600-$1000 based on usage each subsequent month. I tried for months to get our rep (who quit or got fired), our integration manager (who quit or got fired), then the VP of channel sales (who quit or got fired) to resolve the issue. After all of those people left the org I turned to the accounts receivable team who was all but useless in getting it fixed. Eventually a director reached out to me and said that my account was set up and quoted incorrectly originally and that I was being billed the correct amount, they offered to credit me for the first 4 months so that it matched the quoted price (we were 7 months in at this point). After some pushback they adjusted 2 more months but said that I would have to pay 3-4 times what I was quoted moving forward. I expressed my displeasure at the absurdity as professionally as I could muster at the time but agreed to move forward. That was over 2 months ago and they are still having issues getting or invoices sorted out after we made a payment for the previous invoices.

I lack the words to express how incompetent this organization is at anything customer-related.

They are not solving a problem, they are a problem. After our CCaaS was acquired, we were forced into a relationship with this cluster$%@# of a business.

**What do you like best about IntelePeer?**

IntelePeer gives me excellent coverage for my organization when it comes to meetings & schedulings. It has spectacular clustering and uniformity features that correlate your voice processing activities and message-based transfers.

**What do you dislike about IntelePeer?**

The pricing grades for IntelePeer are relatively high when comparing it with other communication mainstreams. Many of its features are difficult to interpret and utilize in standard operational procurements.

**What problems is IntelePeer solving and how is that benefiting you?**

IntelePeer resolves my call-over inconsistencies, which existed with my other vendors for the same governance. It is brilliant for cluster network management which gives me fantastic convenience when I have appointments with my clients.
