**What do you like best about IntelePACS?**

It is very easy to use (user friendly). Able to enhance productivity,  by providing radiologists with workflow from multiple sites. The Radiologists like that they are able to read from anywhere, now have more RADs who are able to login and read studies when we get busy and have an overflow of work. Preciously they had to come into the reading room to be able to view the exams.

**What do you dislike about IntelePACS?**

We have only had two issue first issue we had was when we first switched over the system went down often and the only other issue has been when we have had to reach out to the suupport it has taken longer than expected to get back to us.

**What problems is IntelePACS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Radiologists are more efficent with this system they are able to read from one program multiple sites. All images are stored on same system allowing saving time when needing to compare to prior images.
