"Intuitive Automation with Visual Workflow Delight"
5/5
What do you like best about Make?

I like Make's visual workflow because I'm a very visual person, and this way of building workflows aligns with how my brain operates. It makes things easy to debug and understand. I also appreciate being able to sort things together effectively. The initial setup of Make was very easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

I think other platforms use AI in a more embedded way (in terms of helping you build) that perhaps would be beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automate Flows with Ease and Elegance"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Make?

I like the design of Make, it makes me feel calm on the platform, very fluid anyway. They find it valuable because I can automatically understand what steps to take even if I'm not a real IT expert. The initial setup was simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

Certainly, one can always improve, make access ready from a programming perspective, and an automatism necessary in the age of artificial intelligence. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy Automation Without Deep Knowledge"
5/5
What do you like best about Make?

Easy to automate my duties easilly without deep knowledge. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

Some modules has unecessary consuption and some modules needs extra payment services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Marketing Ops Make of Make

Hello Gabriel,

Thanks for sharing your feedback with us! Great to hear that you can easily automate everything you need with Make. Regarding the credit consumption of the modules, please bear in mind that our architecture is designed so that all the operations are counted transparently, giving you full visibility and control over your usage.

As for modules requiring paid services: Make integrates with thousands of third-party platforms, and some of those platforms require a paid subscription on their end to allow API access. But this is a requirement set by those providers, not by Make.

Thanks for understanding,

Vendy from the Make Team

"A Must-Have for Integrating Multiple Apps"
5/5
What do you like best about Make?

I find Make incredibly valuable for solving integration problems, as it seamlessly integrates with a wide array of web applications and SaaS tools, including Google Workspace, Microsoft Workspace, Airtable, Monday, Notion, ClickUp, Google Sheets, Google Slides, and many others. The setup process was very straightforward with great sign-in and sign-up methods, allowing me to start using it immediately. The addition of the Make code tool has been really helpful, and I appreciate the inbuilt functions for arrays, maps, and text, which are very useful in my work. Make's easy-to-use interface and extensive library of over 3,000 integrations are standout features that would definitely make me repurchase it. Overall, I rate Make a perfect 10 out of 10 and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for an efficient and versatile integration solution. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

I dislike that there cannot be multiple triggers in one scenario. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Intuitive Interface, Streamlined Integration but Needs Scenario Structuring Improvement"
5/5
What do you like best about Make?

I like that the interface of Make is really intuitive, and it's very straightforward to integrate into other systems. The initial setup was also very straightforward and quick. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

I think structuring scenarios and sub scenarios for reuse takes a lot more effort than it should. It should be much easier to link scenarios together than they are. I realized that it supports making calls to sub scenarios, but there are some limitations in terms of the back and forth with that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Response from Marketing Ops Make of Make

Hey,

Thanks for the feedback on Make, we appreciate it! Great to hear you were able to kick things off smoothly and quickly. Also, we appreciate the ideas on subscenarios. If you don't mind, would you please give us more details and send your request to our Idea Exchange board? We'd love to explore your thoughts further.

Thanks,

"Intuitive Automation with Minor Hurdles"
4/5
What do you like best about Make?

I like that Make is visually intuitive and easy to understand. I appreciate how the modules are colored and the icons are clear, making the data flow and process visible step by step. The initial setup of Make was very easy and intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

Switching between actions in modules might be troublesome. For example, switching Google Sheet from adding a row to updating a row requires a full redo. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
