"Effortless Automation, Flexible Yet Restrictive"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Make?

I would say that the best thing about Make is its user-friendliness. I can set up anything I want in a couple of minutes. At the same time, it has a lot of flexibility because of all the app modules. I know that almost any app that I work with, if not all of them actually, I can find in Make, which is super useful. It was pretty intuitive, and there's modules for basically everything. So, it's pretty easy to get going, which was great and super useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

There are certain things with flexibility that could be better. Sometimes I end up doing Colab scripts for certain processes because the while loops and the if-else parts are not as great as they could be. Maybe I'm pushing the boundaries with automations and that's not what Make is designed for. So, code ends up giving me more flexibility. I would improve that part and it would make me use it even more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlines Tedious Tasks, Needs Better Bug Resolution"
4/5
What do you like best about Make?

I like Make's integration ability, which takes a tedious task and performs it smoothly. It really made folder creation and relabeling files seamless when we were using Coda. The automation of mundane tasks like labeling and folder creation was a significant time-saver. Even though I didn't personally do the setup, once it was fully built out, it was very valuable to our process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Make?

Sometimes it glitched and it was a little complicated to work out the problem and get it working again. I think AI could assist with solving the glitching aspect, maybe a step by step outworking solutions with a human led problem solving. The setup did take a bit of time to build it all out. It was quite complex. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Automation with Amazing Connectivity"
5/5
What do you like best about Make?

I like Make for its easy-to-use interface and how it's quite affordable. I find it extremely useful that it has connections to almost everything I need, which allows me to connect various tools without having to code myself. This ease of setup means I don't need to spend much time setting things up, and there's always everything I require. Additionally, Make's compatibility with a variety of tools such as Notion, Airtable, Descript, Google Docs, and G Suite is really helpful. Overall, the fact that Make is cheaper and easier to use than other options like Zapier makes it a top choice for my business automation needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
