I love the way the follow-ups are built in to force us to put in the work and set aside our time for self-evaluation and group discussion. **What do you dislike about Integrity Solutions?** The full book was not helpful to me. It was nice to have a specific place to keep my notes, but the small, pocket-sized reference cards have been much more useful in the long-term. **Recommendations to others considering Integrity Solutions:** Integrity Solutions provides you with practical tools to empower teams! **What problems is Integrity Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** In the past, I have tended to view problem solving itself as confrontational. Working with public and people in general, emotions can run high and it an be very easy to retreat or "push the problem up the ladder" rather than sort through the emotions to find the root of the problem. Integrity's framework for Creative Problem solving empowered me with a new tool to work through these sometimes-intense situations so that I can de-escalte the emotions and find solutions! ### 2. It is impactful to have our team be able to relate to scenarios our sellers go through and speak their language for the most part. **What do you dislike about Integrity Solutions?** The current videos and material are very dull and dry and I am eager to see the updated content. I would like to see an opportunity for the training content to be curated specifically for our sellers and employees, however, our facilitators do a nice job of incorporating examples from our business. **Recommendations to others considering Integrity Solutions:** I would recommend others seeking Integrity Solutions to focus on the AID INC model and understand if that model fits the model of your organization. The most difficult thing in any program is finding time in peoples schedules to do these type of things, but it is important enough that you need to find time to do them! **Recommendations to others considering Integrity Solutions:** My recommendation would be to get as many people in your company through these programs as possible! We started with Integrity Coaching in our organization to work with Managers, and then moved to Integrity Service for other frontline and back office staff. **What problems is Integrity Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integrity has been a game changer to help our organization commute and be more effective.
