The single sign-on experience is great, and it's easy for both students and administrators to use. The flag review process is straightforward and helps us efficiently review exam flags and potential violations. Also, the speed at which exams are reviewed is a big plus, as it helps students receive their results quickly to meet deadlines. **What do you dislike about Integrity Advocate?** We find the reviewers to be inconsistent with their flags. Some reviewers will flag for looking off screen multiple times, while others miss flagging things like use of a cell phone or other individuals in the room. We also often find that one image with the flag is not enough to verify if a violation occurred. If a learner is looking off screen for a short period, that is not enough evidence for us to suggest to them that they completed the exam dishonestly. I think it would be beneficial for Integrity Advocate to record and review audio, not just video. Lastly, having the view of a student's face alone does not give us a lot of confidence in the integrity of the exam. It would be very easy for the learner to have a resource out of the view of the camera. We did feel that the onboarding process was insufficient. We did not benefit from having someone at Integrity Advocate talk us through the various rules and violation levels, so we had to work that out over time. The software is simpler to navigate than any we've used in the past, for both the students' end and our view. Mobile compatibility is a big bonus, as well as their team's direct support for our students if issues arise. **What do you dislike about Integrity Advocate?** There are times where students accidentally are out of view due to them using a mobile device. Instead of having a site-wide exception we can implement, we've had to individually override the flag each time.
