Program is a little tricky to get your head around if you are not too tech savvy however the online help is AWESOME.

Unlike many other messaging help services response was extremly efficiennt and it did not appear that the operator was dealing with multiple cases at one time.

I dealt with 3 different tech support operators over the course of the trial period all of whom were extremley patient and guided me through setting up a number of automations to streamline my business operations. When I got lost there input was invaluble.
