Integrately operated invisibly under a misnamed token, causing $215 in charges we couldn’t prevent **Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars **Reviewed by:** Chantelle W. | Clinic Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) **Reviewed Date:** July 06, 2026 **What do you like best about Integrately?** The automation setup was straightforward and the range of integrations available was reasonable for the price point.” **What do you dislike about Integrately?** Integrately connected to our Circle community using Circle’s default Zapier token — labeled ‘Zapier’ in our dashboard — with no indication it was Integrately. This made it completely impossible to identify, monitor, or disconnect their integration. When we incurred $215.59 in API overage charges, we had no idea Integrately was the cause. It took a full engineering investigation by Circle’s team to confirm that 48,503 of 48,517 API requests came from Integrately via user-agent analysis. Circle declined to credit us and directed us to Integrately. Integrately’s support deflected responsibility entirely. We have been left with a $215.59 charge caused by an integration we didn’t know was running under a token we couldn’t identify or revoke. Completely unacceptable for a paid automation platform.” **What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integrately was being used to automate data syncing between our Circle community and ActiveCampaign, removing the need for manual member management. ### 2. The service has never worked as promised, and after months of trying to resolve the issue, I’ve only been met with dismissive responses. Instead of addressing the technical problems, the team deflects responsibility, even bringing up irrelevant topics like “communication style” and “policy.” It feels like they’re gaslighting me rather than helping. Extremely disappointing experience. **What do you dislike about Integrately?** I signed up for this service based on the promises made, but unfortunately, it has failed to deliver even the most basic functionality. After three months of back-and-forth communication, the synchronization between the two services still does not work. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of accountability. Instead of acknowledging the issue, the support team blames me for “poor communication,” despite the fact that the services have never worked as advertised. To make matters worse, they refuse to issue a refund. This experience has been both disappointing and exhausting. I would strongly advise others to be cautious before committing to this service. **What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?** Unfortunately, Integrately hasn’t solved any of my problems. On the contrary, it has wasted three months of my time and created even more issues. The core functionality I needed never worked, and instead of support, I received vague responses and blame-shifting. There has been no benefit—only frustration. ### 3. Fixed by the team - Second bug on Sendinblue. The bot was triggered, whereas the conditions were not checked. It generated duplicates, errors in my data, and so much manual work to clean it. The teams were not able to understand the bug and fix it. I spent time showing them how to reproduce the bug in my environment. They said they had done something, and the bug won't happen anymore, but it was not the case. After another call from my side, they said, "we have refreshed your bot; it should work now"... errors always happen As I could not benefit from the service, the customer service promised to offer a free month and to refund the first month. - 2 weeks later, I was invoiced for the second month, and the first month was not refunded **What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?** I want to synchronize contact information between hubspot, typeform, sendinblue, webflow and google spreadsheet Integrately is supposed to automate these actions ### 5. Their task counts are so big. **What do you dislike about Integrately?** But when we try to use these task counts we get stuck in some places. So we need support. When we face the support people they delay the solutions two, or three days later. I had one major issue with my account. They didn't refresh my task count and I asked them to review the refresh dates and requested an additional task limit. They didn't get back to me for about 2-3 weeks. I was writing to them 2-3 times a week but still, they couldn't get back to me and I was so frustrated. My task limit has finished. My integration has stopped and caused problems in my work process. So please be aware of the upcoming situations. Cheap pricing comes with additional unseen future costs too. **What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?** Integration between apps. I was needed to get one data from one feed to Slack, Sheets, Asana etc. ### 6. Didn't Integrate ... Unfortunately, even after many attempts to get the integration to work, I had to constantly re-active it (and then manually update my client list in Keap). **What do you dislike about Integrately?** Customer service promised the earth, but repeatedly said, "Our technicians are working on it" though they were unable to get it working after 72 hours, did not stay in communication with me in terms of updating any progress or problems, and when I asked for a refund because the integration wasn't working, I was ignored. **What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?** It WOULD HAVE saved me hours of time updating Keap with a steady flow of new leads from my website. Unfortunately, it cost me many hours in trying to troubleshoot the integration on my own as well as having to make the updates manually to Keap. ### 7. The support will promise to get a very simple thing fixed (Literally just have to send an email to Discord), but after 2 weeks there's still no response. **What problems is Integrately solving and how is that benefiting you?** None.
