"Great Product, Great Customer Support"
5/5
What do you like best about Integrate.io?

Used many different ETL tools over the past year, Integrate.io has a very easy to use UI without compromising functionality. The software seems very robust and runs extremely fast for our Salesforce Integration. Once the integration for the mostpart I don't need to think about it which is all I can ask for in an ETL tool. The support team is fantastic and I whenever I have had issues with the product I was able to get an answer quickly from the support team which I really appreciate. What do you dislike about Integrate.io?

Somewhat challenging to get error logs out on a by record basis when integrations are run, would appreciate some clearer error & logs files on completion of a job run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Integrate.io?

It has opened up so many doors and getting data to sync on schedule seamlessly with different systems that are on prem and cloud. No more crazy scripts and sftp connections. No more wonky excel files shifting data. This made our lives much easier. The team over at Integrate.IO were/are great to work with on getting everything implemented. Support resolved issues timely. Not that there were a lot of them but nothing is perfect in IT. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Integrate.io?

A slightly larger learning curve than I was expecting but managable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User Friendly"
4/5
What do you like best about Integrate.io?

The UI is straightforward to use and understand. The Documentation is well done and incredibly helpful; if you have trouble finding a feature or doing something in the application, a quick message to the help center will solve it. I have found that they either find an alternative to what you want to do or work to create a feature that would allow it if possible.

There are always limitations to any application, but intergrate.io - Xplenty has created very customizable integration features and data manipulation options.

A non-engineer could use this product. It is user-friendly, and because of the app's documentation, help center and descriptions, most people could start using this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Integrate.io?

The error logs from a job are sometimes difficult to read and troubleshoot. Sometimes you have to go through the help center to get an answer to what is causing your job to fail. This also makes it harder to open the integration to a customer as they would be unable to understand why a job failed. With my company's customers, we are trying to figure out a way to read the long and complex error messages and give them a failure message on our platform that would be understandable to a non-engineer.

There can also be issues with the UI and the data flows; this is usually quickly solved by the dev team. But we had times when we had to use other integration tools to get data moved when an issue could not be solved within a day or two. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"One of the best cloud based data ETL options available in the market."
4/5
What do you like best about Integrate.io?

- ETL Package development in very intuitive and simple when compared to most other ETL tools available.

- Inbuilt ETL components are designed in such way that they require minimum programming or tech knowledge to start using it.

- The ETL Job Execution times are way faster in Integrate.io when compared to other tools like Talend & SSIS for the same data ETL task.

- Customer support & Technical support are available during working hours for any help on live connection.

- Assigned Account Managers are very supportive of your organisation's needs. (Our account manager has helped us with the development lot of complex ETL requirements, they have even created or made custom additions to their product on certain requirements related to Hubspot connectivity on our request.)

- They a very detailed & clear to understand documentation on every possible feature they have on their product.

- Flexibility to increase or decrease computation (clusters & nodes) to notch up or down the ETL performance will come very handy when dealing with one time complex ETL tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Integrate.io?

- Currently, it only works with Cloud-based data sources, so you cannot work with local files like Excel or csv sitting on your local system.

- The readymade source & destination components options are limited to only few popular tools like Google Ads, Hubspot, Salesforce etc., Definitely helps to have few more connections like Zendesk, Bing Ads etc.,

- Per annum prices are relatively high whem compared to its alternatives. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great support, but the tools is too simple"
1/5
What do you like best about Integrate.io?

Their support agents are responsive and go out of their way to help users resolve any issues. They have clear and concise communication, which allows users to understand the solutions offered. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Integrate.io?

I recently had the opportunity to use Xplenty, but unfortunately, I was unsatisfied with my experience. One of the main issues I encountered was the low-code interface, which I found challenging. As someone with coding experience, I require more customisation options and found the tool too simplistic for my needs.

In addition to the interface, I also experienced error-finding problems while using the tool. These issues not only impacted the speed at which I could process data but also raised concerns about data integrity.

I believe that Xplenty may not be suitable for users requiring a more sophisticated interface or prioritising speed and accuracy in the data processing. It's essential to carefully consider your specific needs and use cases when selecting an ETL tool to ensure it meets your requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
