"Using it in our organization as a ETL tool for moving data from different sources"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Integrate.io?

The connectors are available for most applications. API integration works well for most of the sources we are using. Integrate.io has been a great tool to learn and use. It has a reasonably easy learning curve and our team has been able to pick up the tool easily.

The Customer support has been amazing and very responsive. They are skilled with the tool and help answer most of our questions and point us in the right direction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Integrate.io?

It will be great to have a course attached to the product/documentation. That will be help with easy access to common/frequently asked questions about product integration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Go-To Tool for Data Integration"

What do you like best about Integrate.io?

Our team has been using Integrate.io for a while now. It is a user-friendly drag and drop tool. The new team members are able to work on it quickly because of its easy to use interface. The cloud-based storage is one of the reasons why our team has been using it. The customer support team is responsive and helped us with a lot of queries. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Integrate.io?

We are trying to integrate the APIs but could not find documentation on it. If we get detailed documentation, it would be beneficial for us and other developers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Integrate.io - ETL tool for citizen developer"
4/5
What do you like best about Integrate.io?

I find Integrate.io easier to use compared to other ETL tools, as it is a low-code/no-code platform. People who are not proficient in programming or coding can also easily understand and use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Integrate.io?

One limitation I’ve noticed with Integrate.io is the restrictions on cluster size Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"User friendly, intuitive, ETL tool"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Integrate.io?

-Intuitive and simple UX/UI

-Great Customer support, very responsive, like the chat model versus ticketing

-Tool reduces the need for customer ETL implementation/engineering for 80% of our workloads Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Integrate.io?

-No product roadmap (this has been improving over email, but not fully transparent)

-No feature request system, or viewing other customer requests to help vote/prioritize new features (still don't see this)

-Some UI features don't scale well as more jobs/schedules are added (search features have been improved quite a bit within the tool but still hard to manage at scale (minor scale of say 50-100 ETL jobs) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Best in Class"
5/5
What do you like best about Integrate.io?

Integrate IO offers a cutting edge technology service with best-in-class customer service.

As the owner/founder of a start-up business with very little experience in the data integration realm, Matthew was the exemplar of a technology partner. He offered tutorials, lessons, and education along the way. I presented to the Integrate team a unique use case, and Matthew navigated the challenges and guided the project to success.

I also appreciate the business's commitment to ongoing success. Nestor has offered invaluable insight to advancing my project to the next level.

In sum, Integrate IO and their remarkable team are prepared to take your enterprise to the next level. This is–without question–the market leader in terms of technology and customer service.

Thank you Integrate IO!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Integrate.io?

"Efficient data integration tool"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Integrate.io?

After our old drag-drop ETL tool became unsupported, we hunted around for an easy-to-understand, GUI-based, low-code tool that doesn't compromise on functionality and found integrate.io. The UI was friendly and easy to implement, understand and learn, and now, we had migrated close to 500 ETL programs over to production mode running every day. The support team have been fantastic and quick to respond to any questions, big or small, regardless of the time zone you're in (We are in Asia). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Integrate.io?

Although integrate.io is excellent for most use cases, there may be some performance issues when loading huge amount of data (i.e. tens of millions). Documentation could share more best practices / recommendation in integration or workflow design patterns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Clear, straightforward, reliable ETL"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Integrate.io?

Integrate.io was the only ETL provider we found who had clear pricing for our Postgres -> Redshift transfer. We want to do minimal processing/conversion of data, we just want the data moved efficiently and reliably from our application database into our warehouse. Integrate does that very well. They respond to technical issues quickly and without us needing to ask for help. Their customer support people are amazingly helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Integrate.io?

Very minor stuff. Some parts of the user management/team management interface are a little dated. Ensuring org-side SSO access isn't always super clear (but is possible). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
