At Sendspark, we are a lean team and we just do not have the bandwidth to have engineers babysitting data pipelines all day. Integrate.io basically solved that for us. The interface is clean and approachable. I am not a super technical person and I was able to set up my first pipeline without feeling completely lost. The connector library is huge, which matters because we use a lot of different tools. And when I did run into issues, their support team was genuinely helpful. Like actual humans who knew the product, not just copy-paste responses from a FAQ. **What do you dislike about Integrate.io?** There is a bit of a learning curve with some of the more advanced transformation features. It took me a couple of tries to get it right the first time. Nothing that stopped me in my tracks, but I did have to dig into the docs a bit. Also, depending on where your company is in terms of growth, the cost might feel like a stretch at first. That said, once you see the time it saves, it is pretty easy to justify. **What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were spending way too much time trying to keep our data in sync across HubSpot, Snowflake, and a handful of other tools we use at Sendspark. It was messy. Things would fall out of sync, reporting felt unreliable, and we were always second-guessing the numbers. Integrate.io fixed that. Now our sales and customer success folks can actually trust the data they are looking at when checking how people are engaging with our video content. It runs in the background, we barely think about it, and that is exactly what we needed. ### 2. The system is reliable with little or no maintenance or intervention needed to maintain consistent data flows. They have excellent support and communication in both timelines and quality of response. **What do you dislike about Integrate.io?** There is a learning curve that can take some time to leverage more complex transformations and the support is limited with highly complex setups leaving some aspects of development more difficult. **What problems is Integrate.io solving and how is that benefiting you?** The biggest problem solved for us was the ability to have one platform to manage the connections to multiple systems for a wide variety of uses. The availability of a variety of tools supports our current workflows and facilitates our ability to be nimble and tackle even large data set transformations and migrations with ease. ### 3. The ability to use CRON expressions for scheduling workflows adds flexibility to frequency of use. Additionally, the customer support is exceptional—responsive and beginner-friendly, with @Hemaraju providing particularly outstanding assistance whenever I faced blockers. **What do you dislike about Integrate.io?** There’s room for improvement in certain areas. Including Python scripting capabilities would provide more flexibility for custom workflows. API integration works well for most of the sources we are using. Integrate.io has been a great tool to learn and use. They are skilled with the tool and help answer most of our questions and point us in the right direction. **What do you dislike about Integrate.io?** It will be great to have a course attached to the product/documentation.
