Integrate.io is an excellent platform for designing and orchestrating data pipelines from diverse sources to destinations like MySQL. Its ease of implementation is a standout feature, with a user-friendly interface that simplifies the process of extracting data (e.g., JSON from REST APIs), transforming it into structured formats, and seamlessly loading it into databases. The ability to use CRON expressions for scheduling workflows adds flexibility to frequency of use. Additionally, the customer support is exceptional—responsive and beginner-friendly, with @Hemaraju providing particularly outstanding assistance whenever I faced blockers. There’s room for improvement in certain areas. The number of features could be expanded, such as direct connectors to more sources like DocuSign and JIRA, which would enhance ease of integration. Including Python scripting capabilities would provide more flexibility for custom workflows. Furthermore, the API documentation could be more detailed, especially for implementing CURL examples and handling JSON data with functions like map and bag for looping through objects. Integrate.io simplifies data tranformation by allowing you to build and reuse processes. In addition to this, you can set up schedules to automate your workflow. My experience with Integrate.io has been great. The user interface of Integrate.io is easy to use and the learning curve is not difficult to navigate. The support team has been especially helpful with solving our queries in a timely and correct manner and are very approachable. After our old drag-drop ETL tool became unsupported, we hunted around for an easy-to-understand, GUI-based, low-code tool that doesn't compromise on functionality and found integrate.io. The UI was friendly and easy to implement, understand and learn, and now, we had migrated close to 500 ETL programs over to production mode running every day. Although integrate.io is excellent for most use cases, there may be some performance issues when loading huge amount of data (i.e. tens of millions). Documentation could share more best practices / recommendation in integration or workflow design patterns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Integrate.io was the only ETL provider we found who had clear pricing for our Postgres -> Redshift transfer. We want to do minimal processing/conversion of data, we just want the data moved efficiently and reliably from our application database into our warehouse. Integrate does that very well. Used many different ETL tools over the past year, Integrate.io has a very easy to use UI without compromising functionality. The software seems very robust and runs extremely fast for our Salesforce Integration. Once the integration for the mostpart I don't need to think about it which is all I can ask for in an ETL tool. The support team is fantastic and I whenever I have had issues with the product I was able to get an answer quickly from the support team which I really appreciate.
