**What do you like best about Intact iQ?**

IQ is super easy to use, things like claiming expenses and logging timesheets are no longer a massive chore but can be done quickly.

**What do you dislike about Intact iQ?**

Only annoying thing is if you are delayed in your time sheets then having to reput and find the date everytime but that is more a me problem than anything else.

**What problems is Intact iQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to file our emails in one place as a company.

**What do you like best about Intact iQ?**

This ERP provides an excellent feature of customization as per our business.  The ease of use it offers helps in conducting various processes  quickly and efficiently

**What do you dislike about Intact iQ?**

I dislike is the customer service as the enquiries made takes many week to resolve the  issues. Thus request company to improve the same.  Also there are constant issues while updating.

**What problems is Intact iQ solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All the erp solutions  I have been able to resolve.  Can customize as per my requirements.  All of reports work on SQL which makes it the brilliant system and also it allows us to easily  create features enhancement
