If your team rebuilds the same PowerPoint reports every week or month, INSYNCR is built to put an end to that. It connects your slides to the data you already work with, whether that lives in Excel, SharePoint, SQL Server, Salesforce, Oracle or Google Sheets. Once a chart, table or number is linked, it stays linked. You open the deck, press refresh, and everything updates to the latest figures on its own. No more copy-pasting, no more charts breaking on the way in, no more wondering whether slide 12 still shows last quarter's number. When you need the same report for a lot of clients or entities, Snapshot builds them all from a single template. One layout becomes hundreds of finished, personalised documents in minutes, ready as PowerPoint, PDF or video. What makes INSYNCR different is that every figure is read straight from your source, never invented or estimated. That is why finance, insurance and professional-services teams rely on it for the reports that get signed, sent to a client, or handed to a regulator. And because it runs inside the PowerPoint your team already knows, on your own machine, there is nothing new to learn and your data never has to leave the building. INSYNCR was formerly PresentationPoint, and has spent more than 25 years helping teams in over 30 countries stop building reports by hand and start automating them.
