The most helpful thing about insycle is its ability to automatically de-duplicate information from my data sheets and salesforce. It allows me to auto-magically add contacts to existing accounts and create accounts when they aren't already in there, based on any unique identifier that I'm looking for. The one thing I dislike is that you have to pay for each different platform you use within Insycle. for example, i wanted to also use Hubspot with Insycle, but it apparently is a different subscription cost. It is customizable which allows us to be very specific on how we want our contacts handled.
