Insycle helped us significantly reduce the share of duplicates in our CRM, even in some complex cases. We use two CRM systems in the company, and the matches are often similar but not exactly the same. They offer a lot of features that let you tackle even the most difficult duplicate situations. Thanks to the automations and recipes, we’ve been able to keep our CRM systems clean even after the active deduplication phase was over. They also have one of the best customer success teams I’ve ever met. All of our CSMs have always been very nice and consistently do their best to help us solve our issues, no matter how complex they are. What I like best is the bulk deduplication, cleaning up hundreds of duplicate contacts and companies in HubSpot at once instead of merging them one by one. I also like the Formatting standardization feature for fixing inconsistent data like phones numbers, addresses, etc. The preview step before changes push back to HubSpot helps me know that I'm on the right track without committing major changes to the database without a safety net. The biggest downside for me has been the learning curve. Once you get the hang of it, the powerful features are awesome, but it's not immediately intuitive to use. The problem Insycle is solving for us is cleaning up a database that's been accumulating inconsistent and unreliable data for over 10 years. Years of manual entry, imports, and inconsistent processes has resulted in a many duplicate records, inconsistent formatting, and outdated data in the CRM. First of all their onboarding and support is really good - I can't think of another platform that has provided this level of 1st level support knowledge. I also like the results. Merging HubSpot and Salesforce duplicates to keep our lists clean is very valuable. The interface is easy enough to navigate although I'd like it to be a little more compact to reduce scrolling. It does not support fuzzy matching of names such as Bill and William, Robert and Bob... Insycle does what it says. Once you understand the UI the deduplication logic is sound and the checks via exported csv file mean that nothing is being performed that you don't understand the reasoning behind. You always have a chance for manual review before actioning. I have never run into an issue when connected to HubSpot that I couldn't trace back to direct user error and uncover how to do it correctly the next time. No merge loops that go unexplained. One of the biggest challenges I've faced in years of working in sales operations and analytics is data hygiene (duplicates, formatting, consistency, etc). I wish I would have found Insycle sooner. From getting our data into a uniform structure to deduplicating contacts and leads, Insycle is our go-to for all things hygiene-related. Furthermore, their support team is a huge asset to our team with office hours and 1:1 meeting to review our platform and consistent use cases, we feel very supported by their team. Their suite of products is easy to use and straightforward to set up. In addition, the modules fit our use cases around data management and hygiene across all the systems it integrates with (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.). Performance is excellent, and I can easily track it through the out-of-the-box weekly reports available in the platform. Their multi-year pricing provides good value for the product and the ROI from its usage. It let's me cut through the noise generated by HubSpot's in-app deduplication tool and find our duplicates while also having the ability to exclude certain records from merging. The associations tool really helps us with our complicated records that we cannot merge nor delete due to a backend sync. It helps me resolve a lot of data inconsistencies. There are plenty of templates that can clean up a database or detect potential issues. The UI is extremely clunky and far from intuitive. I absolutely can't use Insycle on its own, I talk to chat GPT to help me figure out the right setup and steps in Insylcle, then I test its suggestions. The interface can feel overwhelming due to the sheer number of features, configuration options, and settings available. Problems Solved: Insycle addresses critical CRM data hygiene issues—especially duplicate records, inconsistent field formatting (names, phone numbers, and state/country codes), and missing properties across both contacts and companies. It removes the need to manually export large CSV files, run complex spreadsheet formulas, and then re-import everything back into our CRM. How It Benefits Us: The biggest benefit is time savings, since it automates hours of manual data cleanup and ongoing maintenance every week.
