There is so much I like about the software and all the tools it provides but the absolute best is the customer care. I have to highlight Rohan, as the best customer experiences have come specifically from him. Rohan goes above and beyond to help you understand the system and the features it offers. I can't think of anything I dislike. When I first started using the software it was very overwhelming but thankfully Rohan is there to clarify any of my doubts and assist me in learning how to use certain features that will help my agency grow. It's great that it can handle me sales pipeline, and the automation that needs to go along with it. It handles all my new client welcome messaging while keeping in contact with customers to increase retention. Best of all they have incredible service that handles things quickly and efficiently. Only issue I have is that they are always growing and adding new features, so you have to be dedicated to growing your agency with them and utilizing all of their features. Good issue to have!
