Insum is a Swedish web service for financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and KPIs on top of the accounting system. Connect Fortnox, Spiris (formerly Visma eEkonomi) or Bjorn Lunden – we connect Hogia for you – or upload an SIE file from most other Swedish accounting programs. Insum then shows the monthly profit and loss statement and balance sheet, 20 KPIs with explanations, a budget proposal based on last year's actuals, and a cash-flow forecast twelve months ahead that includes VAT and payroll. Every number can be clicked to show the vouchers behind it. The period report for the board becomes a finished PDF with the company's logo and a summary in Swedish. Connected companies are updated automatically every hour, and Insum only reads – nothing is changed in the accounting system. Data is stored within the EU. Insum is for CEOs, owners and boards of small and medium-sized Swedish companies, and for accounting firms that want all client companies in one list and send period reports to their clients. Pricing is per company per month, with unlimited users and no lock-in. The interface is in Swedish.
