Insuleo is a condominium management software built for French syndic firms, with specialized AI agents on top of a complete management platform. Property managers spend their days re-entering data, sorting emails, chasing payments and reconciling accounts across tools that do not talk to each other. Insuleo's agents work continuously: they ingest what reaches the firm (emails, bank statements via bank aggregation, payments, owner requests), read it, check it, reconcile it, file it and trigger the right procedure. The manager finds what is already done, plus a short list of decisions to make, each one prepared in advance. Key capabilities Specialized AI agents for accounting, debt collection, general meetings, technical management and owner relations, which each firm can configure with its own rules, approval thresholds, tone and letter templates. Accounting compliant with the French decree 2005-240: append-only ledger, call for funds, bank reconciliation, automatic matching, year-end closing. One connected data model: an invoice received updates accounting, budget, calls for funds and the owner portal, with no re-entry. A resolution voted in a general meeting triggers works, calls for funds and entries. Open and portable: full export in an open format at any time, open API, and an MCP server to connect Insuleo to the AI assistant of your choice (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot). Owner portal, document management, messaging and general meeting management in the same platform. Transparent public pricing, no quote required (except the network plan). Insuleo is designed for independent and small-to-mid-size syndic firms, and also offers a self-service trial for volunteer syndics.
