What do you like best about Instil?

Since becoming a user, I have always appreciated Instil's affability and the dedication that its team members show in helping out their clients. They distinguish themselves from other competitors in their approachable nature and willingness to think through solutions together. They truly act as partners with our organization's best interests at heart.

In terms of the software itself, the interface is built to be intuitive, easy to navigate, and ultimately meant to cater to nonprofit organizations, no matter the size and budget. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instil?

Given that it is still a software/program in development that is still being built upon, there are lots of features and functionalities that might be available. It might pose a challenge for some larger companies that want more of a 'plug and play' kind of software, but for those who are willing to put in the work and investment in building a platform together that is truly customized for the organization's needs, it can present itself as an opportunity. What problems is Instil solving and how is that benefiting you?

Instil is helping us to find a compatible CRM software that is truly designed with nonprofits in mind. A major part of our work is effective donor management to help us keep apace with our quarterly fundraising goals. We felt that competitor software such as Salesforce and Raiser's Edge are much more oriented towards larger companies and did not offer us the functionality that often benefits from a more 'personal' touch. What do you like best about Instil?

What I liked the best about Instil is the customer support that comes along with the software. They are very hands-on and always available to assist with any needs in addition to its development. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instil?

One of the things that is troubling with Instil is the flexibility to include educational institutions. Since a majority of our organization works with schools/districts, it is essential for us to track this data efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
