It has a very clean interface, at Business Fitness, we use it as our public status page (status.businessfitness.com), and it has become a key part of how we handle incident communication. What do you dislike about Instatus? Overall, there’s very little to dislike about Instatus in our use case. It covers our needs well for both our public status page (status.businessfitness.com) and integrations with Intercom, especially for incident communication. Giving us the ability to have a unified status page that we can surface across the intercom chatbot. Our users can subscribe to outage/system maintenance updates. It calculates uptime for us and our users. and Our users can also see maintenance/past history. Setting up was great.
