InstaTMS by 3drens is cloud fleet management and delivery management software (TMS) built around dispatch and last-mile delivery. Delivery fleets, carriers and brands with their own fleet use it to run the whole day in one place: smart order upload (API, Excel or manual entry with automatic field mapping), AI dispatch and route optimization, a driver app with GPS tracking, photos and e-signatures, customer ETA and status SMS with a self-service tracking page, electronic proof of delivery and one-click settlement reports, and ESG mileage, fuel and carbon reporting. As a Qualcomm-certified partner, InstaTMS integrates the Qualcomm Aware Tracker through HaaS (Hardware as a Service) for GPS and temperature data, including cold chain fleets. Customers report 75% higher management efficiency, 95% lower communication cost and 85% less excess driver task time per week.
