What do you like best about Instasent?

It was ok as API integration but not straightforward Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instasent?

All the support is made by a very fussy lady Alba Budia Morgado, and I asked her why after 7 of July I get charged for SMS but not delivered, and she told me they get charged by the operator even if the SMS is not delivered, and I asked nicely if this isn't looking like a scam ... and she blocked me ... And I said, ok I cant do business with you, and I need a refund of the unconsumed amount, and she told me she couldn't... avoid this scammer, you waste time with them Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

it's very intuitive and easy to use

we use it for marketing campaigns and help us increasing our sales Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instasent?

They are really good at SMS, but they do not offer email marketing yet. However, support told me they will include it very soon Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
