Good UX:

- Instapage allows us to easily design beautiful yet concise landing pages that are optimized for capturing leads through social media & email.

- It's also pretty easy to grasp, and new team members without any prior experience have gotten the hang of it very quickly.

Great with Integrations:

- The built-in email feature allows our clients to get instant emails as soon as a lead is submitted.

- It has apps built into Zapier so I can easily connect our Instapage through automations in Google Sheets, CRMs, etc.

- It also integrates directly with Wordpress so I can easily host a landing page right on my client's Wordpress site.

Customer Support:

- There is a limit to how many landing pages you can have, and we often find ourselves at the limit given how many clients we have.

- We use the "Experiments" feature a bit differently than it was designed, and mostly use it to save multiple versions of one page (particularly with certain events, sometimes we have holiday versions of a page, etc.) Doing it this way works, but it makes it a lot more complicated than it theoretically could be. I enjoy using Instapage. Instapage allows me to design beautiful landing pages without needing a developer or coding knowledge. I can quickly create stunning and highly-converting landing pages with simple drag-and-drop capability. If you have ever worked with a landing page builder, Instapage is similar, but a bit more user-friendly. My favorite part about them is the customer service is FANTASTIC! I ask lots of questions, and always get extremely prompt and helpful answers, often even with screen recorded demos. Their support documentation and support teams are incredibly helpful if you have a question or need support in integrating with a software that is not already built into the Instapage product. I love how Instapage provides an easy option for building pages for quick lead capture.
