I wish it was easier to track clicks of pop-ups. I understand it needs to be connected to a platform that stores it, i just rather had it in one click and solved:) I understand it is not as easy as I would like it ot be or it wouldnt make sense then. Our marketing team has little to no coding experience. So it was important for us to use a landing page tool that was simple and intuitive to use, an Instapage was just that. They were creating webpages right away with barely any training on the platform. It allowed them to focus more on what they do best.

It's not the fault of InstaPage, but we were never able to successfully leverage the Personalization and Experimentation pieces of their platform. Instapage is really easy to use and lets us publish webpages quickly and easily to wordpress without needing to know how to code anything. Honestly its unclear how to use all the reporting and thats why we don't use it fully. would love to maybe get more information on this or instructions within the dashboard to make understanding it easier and faster. sometimes i just dont have the time to figure it out on my own. Instapage gives us the flexibility to create exactly what we need for our marketing landing pages. There are page template options that give us a starting point for each page we build. Instapage has top-class Support - It's not like you would need help every day, but our experience was very smooth whenever required. They are knowledgeable about their product and very responsive. Because of how Instapage folder structure works, you can enable different sets of permissions to users and on different workgroups. This is a good feature, but the only drawback is when I need to export Active Users and their level of access. Currently, it's not something that can be done via the backend.
