The customer service was also very stingy about the terms of their agreement wouldn't offer reasonable refunds or credits the way other companies do. **Recommendations to others considering Instapage:** If you're going to do a high volume of landing pages, might be worth it. You can make one change that impacts every page you have. With other providers, you have to make those edits one by one. The dynamic image and text insertion is a great feature as well. **What do you dislike about Instapage?** The other day our agency pointed out to me that the landing pages were 404ing as google ads disapproved the ads. I would have expected instapage to send out a notification or update their log with a reported issue. On the log there were no reported issues but when i contacted support they said they were aware of the issue and other people had it as well. Then, when creating a new page, select a "blank page" as a template and then build your new page with your saved Instablocks and alter from there. With saved Instablocks, your design elements should already be where they need to be starting out in mobile. Another best practice we recommend is "grouping" - where you select which elements should stay together on the desktop, which influences their position inside your mobile design. Where it makes sense, we also recommend locking the "mobile aspect ratio" when you group elements together. This lets Instapage know that these elements should stay together and look similar to their desktop counterparts when viewing your mobile design.
