A couple of weeks ago I had some issues with my landing pages, not being alive because there is no CNAME record for my subdomains. And through customer support, I was told that In order for Instapage to be able to host my landing page, a CNAME record that points to Instapage's server is also necessary, so I will need to go back to my domain registrar to make a CNAME record that is pointed to secure.pageserve.co. I mean the problem didn't get solved immediately but I was told where the problems came from, so I could contact my domain registrar to solve my problems. So thanks. Great with Integrations: - The built-in email feature allows our clients to get instant emails as soon as a lead is submitted. - It has apps built into Zapier so I can easily connect our Instapage through automations in Google Sheets, CRMs, etc. - It also integrates directly with Wordpress so I can easily host a landing page right on my client's Wordpress site. Customer Support: - Whenever I've needed help troubleshooting something, their support team has sent me detailed videos & explanations to resolve the problem. What do you dislike about Instapage? - There is a limit to how many landing pages you can have, and we often find ourselves at the limit given how many clients we have. - We use the "Experiments" feature a bit differently than it was designed, and mostly use it to save multiple versions of one page (particularly with certain events, sometimes we have holiday versions of a page, etc.) Doing it this way works, but it makes it a lot more complicated than it theoretically could be. I enjoy using Instapage. Instapage allows me to design beautiful landing pages without needing a developer or coding knowledge. I can quickly create stunning and highly-converting landing pages with simple drag-and-drop capability. There are more than enough templates for every sector or necessity, making it simple to design your landing page with the page content cues already in place. Interacting with email marketing, CRM, and other systems is pretty simple. The A/B testing function is handy and very efficient. I ask lots of questions, and always get extremely prompt and helpful answers, often even with screen recorded demos. I reached out to support for help with this, as I was trying to send integers and they provided multiple different suggestions that got me to the right solution. I love how Instapage provides an easy option for building pages for quick lead capture. It allows us to customize the look of our page for every client, and gives us an easy option to build our own lead generation page without having to go through the hoops of accessing the client's full website.
