I really like the user experience; it's easy to understand and manage campaigns. You can set up a campaign easily because the setup process is smooth and not complex, which is something I like a lot. I wish it were a bit more intuitive to use. There are a lot of settings tucked away within different panels, and it isn’t always obvious where to find things as a first-time user. You’ll probably need to reach out to support fairly often to get up to speed, and it also helps to watch the training and getting-started videos they have online. The signup process is quick and easy, and it is very straightforward to start paying for the service. The biggest issue is the lack of transparency. I spent weeks building an outreach setup, purchasing domains and configuring multiple email accounts before support informed me that certain providers such as Hostinger are known to cause serious warm-up and deliverability issues.
