I am changing my bz credit card and upgrading a number of my business accounts (like Instantly, Expandi, LI SalesNav etc) to annual plans. The Instantly system made this somehow difficult because (they said) I had two accts. Hyper Growth and Growth Lead. I needed help w this and Edil came right in. He was friendly, obviously not AI (unless you fooled me, Edil!) and helped me in a most professional manner. No rush and real easy even though I did need extra patience because of my machine. Compared to most of the other systems (AI only and often not clear answers to easy questions) Instantly realizes how important the humans are. Here is my feedback. Three things that I felt stood out are Instantly Customer support, a Simple interface, and Analytics. You can rely on their customer support. I usually receive a reply back within 10 to 15 mins after raising a query and each reply after that within 5 mins. Their agents are kind and supportive in their replies. They helped me in solving a few important steps in my setup. Their UI is very simple to navigate as a beginner to Cold email, I was able to easily navigate through them and set up the entire system in a few hours. There are also guides available throughout the setup from the support system. One of the major plus is the analytics section. You can segregate your leads based on different filters like email open, replied, did not contact, etc.. You can segment them and run a separate campaign too. For example, I needed to target people who had opened my emails but did not reply. I was easily able to separate them and run targeted messages for them. You can also get detailed reports on open rates, link clicks, and reply rates for any specific time period. **What do you dislike about Instantly?** One thing that I feel could be added is a mid-plan for startups like me. The growth plan allows only 1000 leads at a time in your system. Initially, It was fine for me, but as I wanted to scale up some more, the next available option was the Hyper plan for 25,000 contacts or 87usd addon for 26,000 contacts. Both of them were way above my requirements. A mid-plan with 5000 contacts would help a business like mine. And one more thing was some options like A/B testing, Replying directly from Unibox are available only in the Hyper plan. Would have been nice if it came in the growth plan itself as anyway, the contact number is limited. **What problems is Instantly solving and how is that benefiting you?** I use Instantly to my entire outreach system for my startup. Currently I use Cold email outreach as my only source of lead gen. And Instantly's reliable platform help in sending, tracking, segmenting email in good quanitiy.
