Customer Support Executive Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.) 8/3/2026 "Organized Email Outreach and Automation, but Reporting and List Filtering Need Work" 3/5 What do you like best about Instantly? as a sales assistant , instantly has helped me to manage outbound email activities in a much more organized way, it makes it easy to create email campaign, schedule follow ups and monitor responses without spending hours sending emails, manually the platform has helped our team stay consistent with proper communication and improve daily productivity. the feature i appreciate most is the automated follow up sequences, once a campaign is set up, instantly sends follow ups emails based on customer activity which saves a lot of manual work, the campaign dashboard is also easy to understand and provides useful insights into open , replies and engagement, i regularly use instantly for email outreach campaign, prospect list management, automated follow ups , tracking email engagement campaign performance monitoring supporting lead generation organizing sales outreach. the interface is clean, simple and easy to navigate , creating campaign , importing contact and checking campaign result can all be done without a steep learning curve. instantly integrates well with Google workspace , agentforce sales, CRM plartform spreadsheets tools. I have done this so many times. I have also found the customer support very unhelpful when (on more than one occasion) one of our email addresses was deactivated with no explanation or warning. It allows unlimited email ids in one single purchase, which is the best thing, as we dont have to purchase inidividual license/ add-ons for each email id we want to use. I have been using Instantly for more than a year, and for more than a year, its support has been telling me the same thing "We dont have it, but its in pipeline. If more customers request, we shall bring it" This doesnt serve any logic! What do I do just by the notification from instantly "A Link was clicked" Which Link?????????????????????? Also, detecting duplicate prospects, and allowing it to be re-added in a sequence after X no. of months, they dont have this feature. Needs to have many upgrades! The leads aren't great, and being limited to adding only 100 at a time is really frustrating. Plus, with just four emails, we can't run the campaign smoothly or send bulk emails.
