I really like the ease of use with Instantly, as the navigation and user interface make it very simple and logical to see the performance and metrics of my campaigns, or to make updates. The Unibox feature is a time-saver, allowing me to quickly view responses by status or campaign and identify what's working and what isn't. The biggest standout for me is the support chat; I use it a lot, and they are super quick and helpful, which is especially important since I'm not technical or an expert in cold email campaigns. Automated campaign optimization - it learns automatically to update ICP (Leads) and Campaign and messaging, currently this is manual and it would be great if this can be an automated campaign that learns on auto-pilot to optimize leads (ICPs), the sequences, variants, and responses based on the KPIs and goals of the campaign. The initial setup took some time, especially the domains and first campaign setup and lead generation, as I didn't fully understand how best to do this and the lead quality and relevance were not on target, for example, I tried to get Dental Practice owners and got random results like Vet clinics and beer breweries. I use Instantly for campaign set-up, creation and content writing, analytics, and responding to cold emails. The navigation and user interface are easy and logical for performance tracking. I recently started a new product with a different domain and different email address. I used Instantly to warm up the email and make sure that none of my emails landed in spam. I like Instantly because it offers high deliverability, quick setup, and easy management of campaigns. I find it really easy to use, which is a big plus for me. The purchasing of inboxes and domains is simple and straightforward, and I can add inboxes whenever I need at a low cost. This feature helps my campaigns run smoothly and on time, especially when I'm reaching out to larger volumes. The AI is very nice to work with, especially since it can manage, change, and see stuff, not just give instructions. The support was great and the onboarding was superb, so good job. Instantly also offers a comprehensive feature set for lead list extraction and enhancement with LinkedIn data that other tools don’t have, making it cost-efficient and easy to use. It has more features, better support, and more data in the lead lists compared to what we used before. What do you dislike about Instantly? So far, the setup of the domain seems a little bit intransparent. It says that it will be set up after seventy-two hours. But after a quick chat with the support, my problem got resolved in a window of three hours. So a pity, but I thought it would be faster. But that's just a small minor thing. The platform was consistently lagging, which hindered my workflow and made it difficult to manage tasks efficiently. Additionally, the customer support was not helpful; despite multiple attempts to resolve issues, I received little clarity or assistance. The unclear pricing structure was another problem, making it challenging to understand the costs and features associated with different plans. I also faced significant difficulties with lead management; the system did not allow me to work effectively with the collected data, and there was a lack of guidance on utilizing it properly. Furthermore, while I tried to integrate Instantly with other tools, it only managed to work with Slack, which limited its usefulness in a more integrated tech stack.
