Instant Studio is a managed AI creative production company for global brands and agencies. Every Instant Studio service runs on Toolkit, the node-based generation platform the company built and owns. The team connects Toolkit's nodes for image, video, voice and text models into custom workflows, each built around a client's business requirements. The workflows apply the client's brand and compliance rules before anything is generated. With Toolkit, Instant Studio delivers ad variants, localised campaigns, personalised video and creator-style product video at the volume every market and channel now needs. Inchcape's content studio used to spend more than eight hours on each localised car ad. It now uploads one photo of the car and gets a localised video back in minutes, and in one week it made 180 ad versions of one Maxus model for six markets. Urban Revivo's daily TikTok Shop videos used to take two hours to make, and now take ten minutes. Sun Life's agents in four markets made more than 5,000 personalised videos in about two weeks, and Sun Life's legal team approved the workflow once, before production started. A client can hand production to Instant Studio's team, or have its own team generate content on Toolkit from the same workflows and brand rules. Each client starts with a fixed-price pilot on one real campaign.
