Instahelp offers companies an all-in-one solution for mental health in the workplace – featuring online psychological counselling, digital prevention, a mental wellbeing check and anonymised insights for HR. Instahelp supports employees both preventatively and when facing specific stressors. The aim is to strengthen mental health and resilience and to help companies tackle psychological stress, absenteeism and staff turnover at an early stage. Employees receive quick and flexible access to one-to-one psychological counselling with over 400 psychologists in more than 20 languages. A smart matching system helps select the right counsellor; initial contact to arrange an appointment takes place within 24 hours. The counselling is complemented by the Mental Health Gym, which offers psychological exercises, training programmes and masterclasses, as well as the Mental Wellbeing Check, which provides personalised insights into stress and engagement. For HR, Instahelp provides anonymised mental health insights, a real-time analytics dashboard and strategic services to embed mental health within the organisation in the long term. These include HR Circles, workshops and training sessions, the training of mental health supporters, occupational psychology strategy sessions and mental health evaluations. Instahelp also supports organisations in developing a mental health roadmap, as well as with the roll-out and internal implementation.
