"Instagram Business Helps Showcase Talent Grow Customers Through Reels and Stories"
4/5
What do you like best about Instagram for Business?

What I like most about the Instagram business is that we can showcase our talent to thousands of people, and customers can learn about the business very well. I started my nail business a year ago, and since then, many customers have come from there. You have to post stories and reels according to your business, and growth will follow. We can also target customers by age group, which is trending for Gen Z, and we can grow our business on these platforms. More people become aware of the product and page, and we can also spend a lot on advertising, which benefits us. In the future, all business will be conducted in such a way. What do you dislike about Instagram for Business?

I don't like it when someone posts another person's content; it's so wrong. Someone else's hard work is being taken by someone else, and that shouldn't happen. That can be improved. Safety should be provided to the users. They can use and misuse the content of other people, and that's why appreciation should be more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A Powerful Tool for Business Growth on Instagram"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Instagram for Business?

Shoppable Features: Direct product tags and integrations let users tap and buy without leaving the app. Action Buttons: Business profiles can add "Order Food," "Book Now," or "Reserve" buttons right on the profile page, which makes it more convenient for local services. Detailed Analytics: Instagram Insights provides real-time data on audience demographics, post performance, and engagement. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instagram for Business?

The least helpful aspect of Instagram for Business is its declining organic reach and frequent algorithm changes. Since content has such a short lifespan and promotional accounts tend to be deprioritized in users’ feeds, many businesses struggle to reach even a small portion of their own followers without paying for ads. "Easy to Use with Great Tools for Brand Awareness & Engagement"
5/5
What do you like best about Instagram for Business?

What I like most about Instagram for business is how easy it is to use while still providing solid tools for content creation, engagement, and analytics. The interface is straightforward to navigate, which makes posting and managing accounts feel efficient and hassle-free. I also appreciate how well it integrates with other Meta platforms, since that really helps with scheduling and tracking performance. Overall, it’s one of the best platforms for building brand awareness and connecting with audiences in a natural way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instagram for Business?

What I dislike is that the algorithm changes so often, which can make reach and engagement feel inconsistent from time to time. It also becomes difficult to keep up with the constant feature updates and shifting trends, especially when I’m trying to manage business accounts at the same time. "Professional Presence and Helpful Insights for Smarter Content Planning"
5/5
What do you like best about Instagram for Business?

I use this a lot for marketing Battleshield Industries Limited, and it’s honestly been really helpful for building our presence online. It makes your business look way more legit with features like business categories, visible contact info, and just an overall more professional profile, which is huge when you’re trying to build credibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instagram for Business?

One thing I’ve noticed while using it for Battleshield Industries Limited is that the profile page isn’t always consistent between the app and desktop. It would be really nice if everything on the profile displayed the same across both, kind of like how Facebook keeps it consistent. It’s not a huge issue, but when you’re switching between devices, it can make things feel a bit less polished than they could be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keeps Our Church Community Connected Through Events and Shared Moments"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Instagram for Business?

IG for business helps keep our people connected together with events, upcoming adventures, dates and times of future events and helps to share past events, especially with those who could not attend. We are a church, so we have some parishioners who are not able to fully participate, and this helps to include them. IG for Business offers many features that our parishioners enjoy, which helps them stay connected to the church. IG is easy to use on an daily basis to keep our parishioners up-to-date. on a daily or weekly basis. I have never had any issues with customer service, and IG for Business has been easy to use with the day-to-day implementation. IG is easily integrated on our website and weekly eNewsletters we send out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instagram for Business?

We are a church and not all of our parishioners use IG or Facebook. Reaching that population proves to be difficult in a technological world. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transforms Engagement, High Integration Potential"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Instagram for Business?

I find the seamless 'Comment-to-DM' automation APIs incredibly powerful as they allow automation tools to instantly deliver a structured form or link directly to a user's DMs, which really boosts conversion rates by removing the friction of navigating away from Instagram. The detailed Meta Advanced Analytics are a game changer; they provide granular data about demographics and engagement, allowing me to optimize content scheduling effectively. I also love the native shopping and action buttons, which integrate e-commerce directly into Instagram and streamline the buying process. The advanced ad targeting options are excellent too, allowing for highly specific audience targeting through Meta's ecosystem. Lastly, the initial setup was too easy, which made getting started with Instagram for Business smooth and hassle-free. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Instagram for Business?

1. The highly strict rate limits on automations. Instagram limits automated DMs to about 200 messages per hour, causing issues during viral moments when thousands of people might interact simultaneously. 2. The 24-hour messaging window rule. If a customer interacts on Friday and the business wants to follow up on Sunday, the automation fails, forcing manual handling. 3. Rapidly shifting algorithm rules and 'forbidden words.' Instagram frequently changes its algorithm, making it hard for businesses to maintain organic reach, especially with penalties for shared content or using common marketing phrases. 4. Fragmented customer support for bugged accounts. It's tough to get help from a real person at Meta support when issues arise with a business profile, leading to reliance on automated help. 5. Inability to edit existing carousel media. You can't add new media to a post without losing likes, comments, and traction by having to repost the whole thing.
