I enjoy that Instagram allows us to reach a more broad range of customers. It has cool business features that we can use. We post almost a post a day and the ease of use is great for us to have that digital presence. I don't like that when posting on a desktop you can't post more than 10 photos with the new update but on a phone it allows you to post more than 10 photos. It should stay the same on both versions. Instagram is a very useful app for increasing the visibility and sales of a business. It is a good medium to connect with potential customers and display our business features with videos, reels, images, and stories. We can run ads and do good marketing for our products. Many customers are active on social media and connect through Instagram DMs to place orders or come with inquiries. Collabs and influencers on Instagram have also become an important part of Instagram marketing strategies. The Instagram account is very easy to set up and can be used as often as needed.
