Despite having paid for verification and customer service, I still feel like most of my issues have been unsolvable, like having trouble with some accounts being shown to users and even missing features like scheduling posts. The most helpful tool on Instagram is the business insight from our feed which we can see how our posting is going. Therefore, we can not screen an audience unrelated to our business to follow our feed.
