# Instacart unfairness to its employees Instacart is being very unreasonable to its employees during this pandemic......rates are very cheap, driving distances are very long, they don’t care about workers safety and when employees do speak up about an issue they are being punished by instacart withholding orders from that said person you have to wait in line for more than a hour at stores just to make a $20. They have no compassion for its workers they are making the bulk of the money and are paying us a very very cheap wage some customers are very very nice and leave a big tip cause they appreciate what we are doing for them but when it comes to instacart basic pay it’s just now worth it they have you shopping approximately 50 items and driving sometimes 12 miles to deliver it and pays approximately $30 to $35 for an order of that sort even Uber don’t charge $30 for a 12 miles trip I hope somebody in management see this and make some changes to your unfair wages and systems. ##### Post Metadata - Net upvotes: 1
