Bug reporting and in app chats are integral to having conversations with our customers and help drive forward the quality of the app. Crash logs are great but not every costumer pain point is a crash. I can easily setup sorting and search criteria as well as user selected categories to see the impact of a diverse range different release issues. It would be amazing to have some level of text/verbatim analysis to understand which feedback scenarios are positive vs negative and which ones are loud vs passive. The SDK is pretty friendly but make sure you budget time for implementation. I use Instabug daily to have gauge the success of my most recent releases - the more bugs after a release that are the same issue - the easier it is to rollout fixes urgently. I also use it to prioritize production fixes before every sprint cycle - using the feedback search/filtering and category implementation. I've realized by doing so we are much more focused in solving the right problems at the right times.
