I like that it is easily allows users to add their issues/recommendations for the app easily. Screen shots are uploaded effortlessly and crash reports are sent automatically. Would love to see the ability to choose between screen shot and shake per user preference. We initially started using Instabug as a bug tracking platform for our beta but customers found it so easy to use we now also use it for in-app support. Really love how easy the system is for everyone to use and how responsive and helpful the folks are at Instabug. The team has continued to improve the product substantially since we first jumped on board and really expanded upon the customer outreach, surveys, NPS, and all of that.
