Friendly and professional support team is extremely responsive - always get attention within 5 mins in support chat and get any issues and inquires solved under 24 hours, sometimes within the hour! The GUI is great, uncluttered, and easy to understand. It also provides helpful color coding and tagging that allows you to prioritize which customers you should respond to first.
