The automatic reminder notifications have a cut-off time limit which means a lot of the employees in my organization are not seeing the reminder at a time that is relevant to them. My organization has employees from the East to West coast so often these reminders land in the email box in the early hours of the morning and goes unnoticed which seems counterproductive to what the reminder notifications are there for. I have also had issues with the 'Forgot Password' functionality, where many of my users do not receive the email after requesting it and the support team could never find a reason for this. As with all electronic training, it is sometimes less than current and can be lacking in thoroughness. Security is a complicated topic that cannot easy be explained to lay users in a few slides Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Inspired eLearning courses contain excellent content. The interactive courses allow users to remain engaged throughout the learning modules. The quizzes are just the right level for a broad audience. The help desk is responsive and answers questions typically the same day. The account manager and technical delivery manager have gone out of their way to deliver completed modules (customization option) within the company's Service Level Agreement and even quicker. The account manager never evades the difficult questions and is happy to meet with our corporate leadership. The newer 5 minute and 15 minute modules have been perfect for linking from a Security newsletter. They are also excellent for use, along with an incentive, during the annual October Cybersecurity Awareness month. The SCORM packages are simple to integrate into our Learning Management System and we have not encountered any issues with setup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the content of the courses. The courses are delivered in an engaging manner. The information provided is on point and relevant to my company's corporate policies and helps us meet internal and external compliance goals. The reporting feature within the Administrator portal in the Summary and Analytics Report could be improved. I currently can extract Microsoft Excel spreadsheet reports for distinct categories such as Enrolled, Not Started, In Progress, Pass, Fail, and Waived. Each of these reports will show which of my active users fall under each respective category.
